I ended up having multiple issues with my car in one

I ended up having multiple issues with my car in one week, and Levi got me right in and kept me updated during the entire process on my car. He acceded my expectations and i?ll be going back again if I ever need.

Great professional and friendly service, again.

Great professional and friendly service, again. We needed to purchase four new tires for our Traverse. We were advised to pulled into the service bay upon our arrival, which we did. We selected the tires that we wanted to purchase. It was suggested by Karl Chevrolet's Service Advisor Levi Overton, that perhaps the Traverse's alignment should also be check and we agreed. The Traverse was ready for us about mid-morning the next day, earlier than what it was scheduled to be completed. Also the alignment did need to be adjusted. They did a great job for us, again.

My experience at your dealership was exceptional. Mike Mitchell was excellent to work with, he kept me informed on everything that was happening with my vehicle, appreciated all his help! I?ll be back in the future for any repairs I may need. Thank you to the employees in the Collision Center, they did an excellent job.

Poor workmanship Karl Chevrolet in Ankeny, Iowa

I took my 2019 Chevy in to have some work done to it after I hit a deer. I had to take the truck back twice because it look like a two-year-old done the bodywork I had dust all over the paint. The second time I got it back again all they did was fix the one problem and tried to hide the other ones. It?s a black truck hello it?s going to show everything. Some people would not catch the poor workmanship Karl Chevrolet in Ankeny Iowa does. It?s sad that I have purchased two brand-new vehicles from Karl Chevrolet, and they still treat you like this. This is what happens when you get so big and just don?t care anymore.

2019 Silverado

We bought a newer Silverado. To start with Anthony(sales person)was a pleasure to meet and work with. We have bought many vehicles at many dealerships around the Des Moines area and have never had such a good experience. Anthony and Mike (finance person) really make things easy. We probably only spent a total of a hour and a half there. Half that time was figuring out a price on my trade which they finally agreed to give me what I was asking for it. Thank you to the Karl Chevrolet team.

Body shop broke my car TWICE

I had to take my car to Karl twice for hail damage work and both times they broke something. First time I got my car back after being fixed, my side mirror wouldn’t work. Second time, one of my back doors wouldn’t open. I had to work with Kyle who started out nice and polite but became rude and acted annoyed when I called back to let them know they broke something that was working when I’d dropped the car off. He made my insurance company pay to fix the broken door even though it worked just fine when I dropped it off. Seems really shady. The whole experience with Karl Chevrolet was a nightmare and I will never use them again.
