    DO NOT BUY a GM Vehicle. They have treated me horrible at the dealership and at the their Customer Care department! MY vehicle has been to 2 dealerships... regarding the matter of excessive oil consumption! GM Regional Manager Brent Palmer stats that the vehicle does not qualify for oil consumption because I did not check the oil every gas fill up! I have less than 74k miles on my 13 Terrain. Corporate has yet to call me back regarding the lawsuit concerning the Oil Consumption. GMC is not honoring the lawsuit! Dealing with the dealer and their lack of Customer Assistance department. This has been a nightmare! Karl Chevrolet called the Brent Palmer who is the Regional GM and told him I was going to take it to another shop! Shame on these guys!

    Went for my firdt oil change which was to be free. Quick lane is a slow process. 2 hour for my free oil change and i didn't even ask about tire rotation.... Went to LOF just down the road. 30 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. Have to pay out of pocket but better than 2 hoirs of down time. Buying from Karl wss great. Not sure on service.

    We purchased a crate motor from Karl Chevrolet and had it shipped to us. Upon install, the rear main seal is bad. Karl Chevrolet told us tough, it was... not their problem, and we should call GM directly. GM told us that it is Karl Chevrolet's responsibility to fix this problem. All we want them to do is send us a replacement motor. They will not take responsibility. Not happy, would not recommend, buy your motor somewhere else!

    I buy a new truck every year and this was the first time I had bought from karl Chevrolet. I have nothing but great things to say about my salesman Alex... Buck and Colton my delivery coordinator. They did a fantastic job. I will be coming back next year again because of these two.

    They had my car two weeks longer then it was supposed to be. And then it was supposed to be fully detailed and I went to go get it was not cleaned at all... and it looked like shut and they didn't do all the repairs needed
