Customer

Will steal your trade. Spent 25,000 no owners manual or spare key fob for the vehicle. Will never go back again. No follow up after the sale.

Terrible service

Planning on buying a vehicle? Make sure you DONT head over to DEERY BROTHERS IN PLEASANT HILL!!! Terrible people! Promised if anything came up and was wrong with it, they'd fix it. BRANDON said he's not a sleezy guy and would make sure my boys were safe( 2 week old, 1.5 yer old) When I called back, they said they'd drop 100$ of the $500 parts we need. Had problems within 24 hours and they won't make it right. They said they put 2500$ into every used vehicle and there wasn't this problem when we bought it. Lazy people if you ask me. Terrible "sleezy" people.

Long time fan of Deery Brother’s.

I have purchased approximately 10 vehicles from Dan and John Deery in Cedar Fslls. Upon moving to Des Moines I helped my son purchase a vehicle from the Deery Brothers in Pleasant Hill. A month ago I purchased a used vehicle and there are some fixes that needed to be done to satisfy me as a customer. Toby in the service department and General Manager, Tony, went above and beyond to address my concerns. I recommend a car purchase and service work done at any dealership with the Deery Brother’s name.

Darrell Peavy

Darrell made our buying experience pleasant. We started out looking for a used vehicle for our high school son. We ended up with a new 2019 Silverado plus a used truck. Then our oldest son purchased a new truck from Deery. We recommended it to our daughter as well and she purchased a very nice 2014 truck. Never once was Darrell pushy and made our experiences remarkable. The staff is friendly there and I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. Go see Darrell, you won’t regret you did.

Enjoyable car buying experience

I stopped by here to look at one specific vehicle that I had called about earlier in the day. The salesman met me at the specified time and was very cordial without being pushy. I decided to purchase the vehicle after negotiations and was very pleased with the entire experience. I will definitely purchase my future Chevy product from them.

a phony representation of the product. I talked to a person named Jim 3 days before our meeting for the car, so that the same person informed me the day before the meeting that the car was sold! and this is his message: Hello Arif Sedic.
