You can not contact this them on the phone at all and they give you the run around when you finally talk to someone and then send you to voicemail. I just want my car fix which is under warranty I had to pay out of pocket because I need my car to go to work to pay bills. My next step is blasting them on the news and filling a legal complaint. I almost lost my job trying to get them to fix something that's covered in warranty and can't reach anyone. Please run from this place, don't purchase a car from here unless you are a mechanic and don't mind fixing your own car. I've been without my car for 2 1/2 weeks and still having been able to speak to someone.

Stay away at all cause they do whatever to get you to sign told me 3 years she said they only have 3 year car loans then papers say 4years nothing but liers cars are way overpriced way to many miles you will never pay it off before it dies luckily I have 3months left and I'm done with this place

Beyond poor. I purchased a 2012 volkswagen passat almost 3 months ago and have only had it for 4 days! I hate this place. Stay away! They never answer the phone. The mechanic shop never answers the phone. Im just sick and tired. Do not do it!!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Stay away from this place. They tell you they have certified used cars that have no issues and for me that wasn't true. I did a Carfax report a day after I got mine and it showed it had been previously damaged on the passenger side. I started hearing noise from the rear passenger side and the bumper fell off from that side while I was on expressway 2 days after I got it. They tell me they won't cover it because I hit something! I called to talk to the sales manager that deceived me in the first place and he no longer works for the company! They deceive people and drop you like the plague afterwards.

I went to this dealership looking to buy a vehicle for me and my family. I test drove a few vehicles that day. I went in not knowing anything about how loans worked and Carmina took advantage of that. She is very deceptive. When I test drove a vehicle at the dealership I heard a bad knocking noise so I wasn't interested in buying it. She said well it comes with a warranty so they will fix it for you if you buy it. I didn't buy that one. She lied about the warranty that it came with because I was charged for an extended warranty. Also, they don't disclose price of the vehicle to you. Carmina told me not to worry about the price because they will take care of me and get me into something that day. When we were doing the paper work she asked me how much I could pay. I thought she meant monthly because most places charge monthly so I told her what I could pay a month. She came back from talking to the finance person and said we have good news you will be paying the monthly price you wanted. Then she was fast explaining stuff on the paper she had with all of the information. I couldn't hear her because they had the music on loud there in the dealership. Like other people said too , the finance person was explaining basic stuff on the contract and had us sign on her ipad. They are very shady. I am stuck with a vehicle that is only worth $5000. I am stuck paying over $20000 with their ridiculous 18% interest for a $5000 vehicle. And the kicker is they didn't tell me that their payments were biweekly so now I am in a hard place trying to pay double of what I thought I was paying a month. I am considering asking a consumer lawyer to look into their shady business. I suggest anybody looking into buying a vehicle here : RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. DO NOT STOP. Oh and make sure you read through everything because they are fast talkers. There is an ARBITRATION CLAUSE in your contract. You can deny it and still buy the vehicle. It says that in your contract. Unfortunately I didn't read it and signed it where the finance person pointed to on each area. THAT MEANS THAT I CAN'T SUE THEM BECAUSE IT GOES THROUGH A MEDIATOR INSTEAD OF A LAWYER AND THE MEDIATOR DECIDES YOUR CASE AND 9 TIMES OUT OF 10 THE DEALER/FINANCE COMPANY HERE WILL WIN. BUT IF WE CAN GET EVERYBODY THAT HAS HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP/FINANCE COMPANY THEN WE CAN START A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. I've had so many problems with my vehicle since I bought it and how convenient is it that the extended warranty doesn't cover the repairs. BUYER BEWARE! THEY SELL VEHICLES FOR DOUBLE OR TRIPLE OF WHAT THEY ARE WORTH AND THEY NEED REPAIRS RIGHT AWAY.

They are giving people lemons and the engines are bad In all the cars that they sale I wouldn’t recommend anyone to them at all

SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS I found there ad on facebook market place, and their ad was FINANCE IN HOUSE, no credit check, bla bal bla When i went there i talked to sales women LIZBETH, she requested about my personal information to run a credit check before even seeing any car explaining that she don't want me to like a car that i can't afford. I refused, because i don't want to get any hard inquiry on my credit report. She said that "this credit check is just internal with our financing company and i a soft inquiry that will not appear on the credit report" i believed her and gave her my information. At the moment that i gave her my information, i got a notification from credit carma that i got a new hard inquiry. And she said that they don't have any problem with financing uber drivers. When i confronted her about the hard inquiry she didn't know what to say and suggested to speak to the manager. When i explained the situation to the manager and he said that you signed the paper there is nothing you can do( yes, a manager of a company said that haha) After that he said that they don't finance uber drivers, but they have a program for uber drivers and they have more than 150 cars, so i went to other locations to see those cars that they have, i only found three cars one of them is a manual shift, i asked about the price on one of them, he answered $20,000 with a payment of $200 per week for three years, which makes the total of $28,800 , the original price of the car on the market is about $16,000. xxx ( THIS IS BEYOND BEING OVERPRICED, THAT IS WHAT'S CALLED SCAMMERS) i can't afford a car with this price and payment. So basically all what they did is messing up my credit score and it will last for at least two years. There is a lot of things that happend that i didn't include. DON'T GET SCAMMED BY THOSE GUYS, DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Came here with a previous repossession from 5 years ago. Let them know how much I had down and my expectations and needs. The manager and sales assistant Jovan were amazing and fought to get me approved! I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!
