Would highly recommend granger ford if you are looking for a new vehicle. From online ordering to vehicle being delivered was all excellent. Samantha did an excellent job of explaining all the new tech in the truck. The truck was very clean inside and out. Great job and keep up the good work

5 Stars – Fantastic Experience Buying My New Ford F-150 I recently purchased a new Ford F-150 from Granger Ford in Granger, Iowa, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make the process easy and enjoyable. Chip Giles, the Marketing Manager, was incredibly helpful in getting everything started online and making sure the truck I wanted was promptly ordered and kept the whole process moving smoothly. I was able to pickup the new truck in less than four months from the date of order. Shelby Dittmer, the Finance Manager, made the paperwork simple and stress-free—clearly explaining every step and helping me secure a great deal as well as an affordable warranty. Samantha LaFollette, the Internet Sales Manager, made sure the pickup was properly detailed and ready to go when I arrived. She provided outstanding instructions on setting up Ford Pass, connecting my smartphone, and explaining how to get everything set up and ready to hit the road. What really stood out was how the team treated me—with respect, transparency, and genuine care. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority at Granger Ford. Granger did exactly what they say they do:

Granger did exactly what they say they do: straightforward pricing (to include all the rebates/incentives) , entire ordering process took about 6 emails, and got the vehicle I wanted & exactly how I wanted it configured. Flew in to DSM, got picked up, taken to Granger. Spent ~40 min total at Granger for a short test drive around the block & signed paperwork, then was on the road heading home. Still a little strange how straightforward and easy the whole process was. 100% will buy from them again.

Granger Motors was the absolute best choice for

Granger Motors was the absolute best choice for purchasing a Ford ESP and a Premium Maintenance plan for my 2024 F150 XLT. Received quotes from the other volume ESP dealers and each one had hidden fees - but not with Granger. Cassie did a fantastic job explaining everything and made the whole process delightfully easy and transparent.

This was the best auto ordering/purchasing experience I have ever had. All of the Granger staff were friendly and very easy to work with. We love our new F350! We will recommend them to everyone. Their prices and ease of working with are the best in the nation. Our dealers in the state were nowhere close on ease of doing business or price. We will absolutely use again.

Used the Granger on-line process to purchase an extended

Used the Granger on-line process to purchase an extended warranty for my 2024 Bronco Sport Big Bend. The process was easy, and the price was right. I normally don't purchase extended warranties, but with the issues that have reported with the Bronco, and the increasing prices of parts and serve, as well as my now limited abilities to do much of the work I used to be able to do I thought that it would be a good insurance policy for the price...even if I never have to use it.
