DISAPPOINTED!

I purchased my car here brand new 2 years ago. And had always serviced the car here. Most recently I took my car into service for an issue. I was quoted one price then suddenly the price was 4 times the quoted price. After I questioned the price it suddenly dropped in half! They tried to do work I didn't really need. I don't feel comfortable with the service here any longer. I feel I can't trust them. I felt like I was being ripped off! I didn't feel like the service department was being honest!

excellent

I went to to team mazda after hearing an ad on the radio. I didn't expect much, considering my trade in was a 05 Nissan titan with 211k miles on it. I was also upside down almost 8 thousand dollars, and didn't think I'd ever be able to get out of it. The sales team here was very knowledgeable not just about mazda and subaru, but also ford, Dodge or really any car I asked about. They were able to get me into a new car while paying off my titan. They went above and beyond to make sure I got a deal I was comfortable with. The whole deal took me about 5 hours, which was by far the least amount of time I've ever spent at a dealership when actually buying a car. Thanks again guys I will be coming back soon.

Great Experience!!

I have to say this was so easy to purchase a vehicle from Team Mazda Subaru. When we arrived at the dealership, Jason, had a vehicle ready for my husband and I to test drive and give us a full review of the automobile. The staff was so friendly and helpful in getting everything done. My salesman, Jason Baird, was terrific. He was very knowledgeable with his product and helped me understand all the technology in my new car. I would definitely recommend Team Mazda Subaru to all my friends and will definitely purchase from them again. I love my new car.

Awesome Experience!

Was impressed with the way I was treated, Jason did an awesome job working with me, and helping me get into the vehicle that I wanted and kept the payment where I wanted and needed to be.

Listened. Got me the car I wanted.

Jake made getting my vehicle a good experience. He listened to my wants in a car and got the deal that worked for me. He made my vehicle purchase an experience I look forward to do again with him. I highly recommend Jake.

knowledgeable and prepared

I've been looking for a new car for over a year that got great gas mileage, was affordable, and had a high safety rating. I happened to know one of the employees at Team Mazda Subaru in Caldwell, Forrest Allbert. I asked him to help me find a vehicle that would fit my needs. I had already researched and looked into Mazda's and Subaru's and knew I wanted one of those type of vehicles so this was the perfect place to go. I gave Forrest a list of vehicles that I wanted him to price, check safety ratings, and the performance of the vehicle. When I went to Team Mazda Subaru to meet with Forrest he was completely prepared and had printouts and all the information I requested on the vehicles. Then we test drove all those vehicles. He helped me find the perfect car for me, and they got me to a price I could afford. Thank you team Mazda Subaru, and thank you Forrest Allbert!

Efficient and great service

Jake was immediately responsive to my inquiry. I described the vehicle that I wanted and the options the vehicle should have. The next day he had the car ready for me. It was exactly what I was looking for and at a great price. It was wonderful no hassle service. What a pleasure! Hal May, 2015

Dave Fairchild provided a most pleasant buying experience

My wife and I were each looking to purchase new vehicles. Dave was very patient, explained all the features of the various models and trim packages, and demonstrated the models we took an interest in. My wife found the Impreza Sport was the perfect fit for her and I could not stay away from the Forrester Touring. Each vehicle is equipped with all the conveniences we were looking for. There is a lot of behind the scenes activity that goes on at a dealership when a vehicle is purchased. Dave did an excellent job of coordinating the whole purchasing process. We found the entire team at Team Mazda and Subaru to be very supportive and efficient.

Our First Subaru Purchase
