I am so appreciative of the work Jason Baird put into helping us find a vehicle. I know there were several obstacles that we brought to the table and I know he worked hard to get us in the new Crosstrek. He made us feel like we mattered as customers and really went above and beyond to make us happy and for that I am very grateful.

I was in a bind because my car got totaled and my credit was challenged and just starting to recover. Sam worked really hard to find something I was happy with as well as something that would work for my credit situation. I'm really happy I gave Team a second chance!

Craig and Rob were helpful, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. I'll definitely recommend to my friends that they check out Team Mazda when looking for a new car.

Jeremiah was a great salesman he new exactly what would work for us and was not gonna get us into something that wouldnt I am a first time buyer and was stressed but he helped me through it I am so pleased with my purchase we will be back and I will refer my friends and family.

My experience working with Jeremiah was great. He was incredibly friendly and made the entire process of getting a brand new Mazda quite enjoyable. As a first time buyer I was somewhat apprehensive about the purchase, but Jeremiah provided a pressure free environment and made the decision easy.

The overall experience with the people I worked with was great, they were fun to work with and I had a great time, but I was not impressed with the lack of knowledge about the vehicles on the lot. The car was ridiculously priced,which was negotiated to acceptable, there was a lot I was not informed of about the vehicle and now feel like the vehicle was cleaned but not checked properly. There was a dent in passenger side quarter panel that was brought up before the purchase but was never really dealt with, 2nd day I notice there is a sort of flat spot on one of the back tires that makes a "thump thump thump" as you drive, i was never informed of the any of the sound equipment or what it was for, and the passenger side dash board is not connected and is rippled in the material as well as a noticeable dent, 3rd day when first trying out the AUX capability, the driver side speakers don't work (probably due to the audio equipment that was installed), checked on the spare tire to find wires just laying everywhere underneath the false floor as well as misc. tools. I feel all of this should have been found if properly inspected and fixed before selling it AND not informing me. I have mentioned all the above issues since and hope to find a resolution to make it right for a vehicle that is only 3 months old.

Jeremiah was awesome! He was very honest, knowledgeable, and listened and understood what I wanted in a vehicle. He found THE car for me. I absolutely love it! I wound absolutely recommend Jeremiah to my friends. I had a really good experience with him as a salesman and with this dealership. I drove my Mazda 3 from Boise ID to Cranbrook, B.C. , Canada through rain, snow, and mountains, and the car drove great. I am a happy driver and I am enjoying every moment in my brand new car :)

I needed to purchase a new car but was very reluctant to go car shopping. In the past, car shopping has not been the most enjoyable expereince I've had in life. I called the Team Mazda dealership and Rob happened to answer the phone. I can't tell you how glad I am that he was the one to answer! My experience with him was a 180 degree experience from when I've shopped for cars in the past. He was professional but very personable. He sat down and talked to me about my needs and my circumstances well before he showed me any cars. I appreciate the fact that he took the time to get to know me and my husband and wanted to get us the right car for the right price. He wasn't like other salesmen who just want to make the sale and will force the numbers to work on a car that might not be the best deal or the right fit for the customer. I will definitely recommend Rob and the Team Mazda dealership to my friends and family who are needing a car in the future!

My experience at Team Mazda was great! Jake was awesome to work with and very helpful to do the best job he could to get me into a car. By far this was the best experience that I have had when buying a car from a dealership.

Really enjoyed our expereince with Craig. I felt he was willing to go above and beyond to meet are specific needs. He was pleasant to work with and overall I believe we received a fair deal on our price and great deal for our trade in and our financing expereince was very positive.
