New RAM 1500 Purchase with Steven Paulus
I’m from mid-Missouri and I looked on line at over 200 new 2019 White RAM 1500s trying to find the EXACT one I wanted. I could not locate myself, so I reached out to several dealerships locally and out of state. Steven Paulus found the exact truck I was looking for quicker than anyone else and was a complete professional throughout the entire experience. Based on this I drove over 300 miles (5 hours) each way to pick up from Southtown Dodge in Indianola, IA. Thanks !!!

Service department
Sales is great but absolutely no service after the sale. Tried to get appoint for recall repair, would only give a 1 day time frame. never returned calls to get a actual appointment and no one was ever available to talk to except a receptionist. Took all of 2 minutes to get an appointment at a different dealer. Will never do business with this dealer again.

Treated with courtesy and professionalism.
I used the internet to narrow down my selection prior to arrival. This was appreciated by the staff/salesman. Very willing to discuss range of options. Very willing to pull up various vehicles to test drive. Once decision to buy was made, the purchases and price negotiation was accomplished quickly. Whole experience took approximately 2 hours from arrival to pulling out of the lot with a new vehicle.

Poor service
