Overall, I am pleased with the service provided. The part I needed was quoted to arrive one month from the time of dropping off my vehicle, so VW provided a loaner which was appreciated.

From the first meeting with AJ HIGHSMITH I was impressed with his cheerful greeting. You might say…, he had me at HELLO! But in all seriousness, I notice he was very professional and knew his cars inside and out. I found it a bit tough to stump him with my questions, but I rapid fired at him, and my old age and experience prevailed on a few questions, ha! My Wife and I are happy we dealt with Him and pleased ( so far ) with the deal. Just call me…, Happy Go Lucky!
