We had a wonderful experience with Dewey Ford. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We never felt pressured throughout the process and would highly recommend this dealership. I will buy my next vehicle here.

My husband had just purchased a new Ford F150 pkup and I was thinking about a car. I had never had a Ford vehicle previously as my car. Andrew Parks was a pleasure to deal with on the truck and we thought we would look at what Dewey had to offer. I had two previous "bad" experiences with car salesmen and Andrew was very nice, excellent to deal with. We felt like they genuinely cared about our business and our satisfaction with our purchase.

I bought a used vehicle from Dewey Ford. This vehicle...

I bought a used vehicle from Dewey Ford. This vehicle has had nothing but problems since we bought it. I have had this vehicle in service over 12 times, and have had it just a year. Three of the times I have had this vehicle in it was the same transmission problem. Good thing I bought an extended warranty, to make the vehicle cost more then a new one, or else I wouldn't have been able to fix it. I didn't trade any vehicles, and ended up paying over 30,000 for this vehicle that has spent most of it's time at the shop. In my business if I sold something like this, I would have to give the customers money back. I bought a 2007 GMC Acadia with 51000 miles. It now has 55,000 miles and is currently on the shop. This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had.

This message is for Dewey Ford of Ankeny, Iowa. I worked with salesman Brian Lenz, and I have no problem saying I had the best sales experience - ever when buying and automobile. I let Brian know what I wanted and what worked for me, and Brian did the rest, he found exactly what I was looking for and the price was right!! Brian handled EVERYTHING from beginning to end with the fullest of professionalism and with promptness. I cannot say enough about Brian, and Sean in Finance, and the whole Dewey team!! I work a lot of hours and essentially let Brian know what I wanted and the price I was looking for and he did the rest!! I will always go back to Brian and Dewey Ford, and will refer my friends and family as well, as this was the most positive experience I have had in dealing with a vehicle purchase!! Thank you again Brian Lenz and Dewey Ford!! Darin K.

THE SALESMAN, DUSTIN DORNBURGH, WAS VERY PERSONABLE, MOST HELPFUL AND BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP ME. DUSTIN IS A REAL ASSET TO FORD MOTOR CO. AND TO DEWEY FORD. WHEN LOOKING FOR ANOTHER NEW VEHICLE, I WILL MAKE SURE WE GO SEE DUSTIN FIRST. EVERYONE ELSE I DEALT WITH AT DEWEY; FINANCE, AFTER-MARKET, CUSTOMER SERVICE...WERE VERY ACCOMODATING. THIS IS MY SECOND PURCHASE FROM DEWEY FORD, AND I WILL BE BACK.

This was the best car buying experience that I have ever...

This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had ! ! I checked the website and found the vehicle that I wanted, called and set up an appointment to check it out. Zach had the car warmed up (heated leather seats already warm) and ready to go. We took it for a test drive, checked it over and I gave them my offer and 6 minutes later we were making final arrangements to make it mine. Zach was honest and told me what he knew about the car. No bull, no wasting my time or his. The paperwork was fast, straight forward and painless. I will check out Dewey the next time that I need a vehicle. Great job.

David Geyer was a great salesman. My wife and I purchased a used 2007 Ford F-150. He did not pressure us and he gave us a very good price on the vehicle. I would purchase another car from him again.
