I came into the dealership at 9:05, was the only customer there and had made an appointment days before. Played the waiting game for a while. Things were fine up until we come back in from test drive. I had made clear I was on a time crunch and had another appointment and had to leave soon and asked for an email including the best price they could give me and financing options. The salesman gets up from the table and was going to go grab paperwork and I hear “dude you gotta come see this” so I turn around and another salesman is talking the salesman that was helping me. The salesman that was working with me disappeared… I gave it 10min and got up and glanced around the room and no sign of him anywhere, so I left. I did receive a call 10 or so minutes after I left and I told him that he was welcome to email me. I never received an email. I even looked in my junk mail folder just in case it ended up there for some reason. I got a call from the salesman a day and a half later asking me if I had made any decisions about what direction I was going. I told him I had actually bought a car later that day that I had been at the Dewey dealership. He hung up on me. Yep I got the words out of my mouth and he said “ok” and hung up on me. I didn’t even get out the words to tell him I never got any emails from him so between that and him disappearing to go look at whatever his coworker said he had to see I didn’t get the idea that he was very interested in doing business with me. I have told friends and family about the experience and they look at me and ask “are you serious?!?” Given the experience I have zero interest in ever stepping foot into Dewey Ford ever again, to say I am disappointed is an understatement.

This dealership has gone down the toilet. Sales staff are extremely sketchy and company takes no accountability. I would not advice anyone to buy from this place. The cars a questionable, staff is even worse. Not worth the risk.

Working from out of state and truck broke down.
Working from out of state and truck broke down. I had to rent a truck and called for an appt. I took the truck and dropped it off the night prior. One week later they still haven’t even started on it. I am stranded cause I have to take the other truck back. Terrible service but at least since they never started on it so there was no cost. Why give me an appt if you are going to leave my truck outside for a week? I will have to go somewhere else . Edit** service Mgr got involved and got my truck fixed in four days. He went the extra mile!

We were very happy with our salesperson Kevin.
We were very happy with our salesperson Kevin. He was enjoyable to visit with, very knowledgeable, and had good customer focus. He deserves a 5 rating! The new car sales manager initially seemed unsympathetic with our issues on the overall delays, and changes in economies (tax incentives) with time, but he came around in the end and we are satisfied with the overall experience.

Overpriced used car, I left when they wouldn’t take my
Overpriced used car, I left when they wouldn’t take my offer & as soon as I left they marked it down to my offer. Not very friendly. The guy didn’t know anything about the car even through I had scheduled an appointment days before. Guy laughed at my concerns instead of guiding me through the process like he cared about my business, felt like he just wanted me out of there. Got a free hat at least.

Service department staff are not helpful
Your service department consists of endless telephone transfers and voicemail. We had an emergency repair we needed while driving through the area, and were unable to speak with anyone in the service department that was helpful. Our local ford dealer does not treat customers this poorly.

The staff were professional and honest.
The staff were professional and honest. They took on an issue that seemed somewhat hopeless and helped us solve the problem. An extremely positive and helpful experience and Dewy Ford has earned a customer for life.
