Tony Shen went above and beyond making my experience at norm reeves pleasant. I have been servicing my Honda at this location since 2006 and it’s by far a great dealership.

My vehicle had issues with the air conditioning and I decided to bring it to the dealer to get fixed. SAMUEL TUNG was my service advisor and he treated us with respect he was was very friendly, helpful and efficient. I have been to the dealer before but nobody treated us the same way. I would recommend bringing your vehicle to the dealer for any repairs, they did a great job. The problem was resolved to my satisfaction.

Armando my salesperson was very personable and efficient. I do really dread going to the dealership because in my experience, it's always been a 3-4 hour ordeal! This time around, I was in and out of the dealership so fast...altogether 1.5 hours!! Now, my experience may be unique to the fact that I was leasing a car whose terms did not allow for any negotiations or upselling opportunities. Nevertheless, it was really awesome to be in and out so fast. Armando had a fellow coworker, Guy who knew a bit more about electric cars and he willingly and kindly give me the full overview on the car. I also had to interact with service because my car actually wasn't thoroughly cleaned when I got it. The film that protects the car didn't get thoroughly removed. Anyway, bringing it back and getting it detailed was no issue. Anthony was the service person who assisted me and 5-stars for him as well. He was super professional and efficient as well! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone!
