Norm Reeves Honda Superstore - West Covina

They lied to their customer. Hiding some promotions and not mentioning to customers during the whole process. Even tho I end up find out their promotion and came back to the dealer, they did not want to honor it.

I worked with Carlos Garcia, Top Notch Salesman, Norm Reeves Honda has a great employee. I told him what I was looking for, he found it and the deal was done, no pressure or constant bugging. He was very knowledgeable about Honda vehicles and showed me how every bell and whistle worked before I left the lot. I wish I had had the opportunity to purchase all of my past vehicles from him. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Repair service satisfactory. Service writer knowledgeable & understanding. Waited almost 4 months to get a part to complete a repair! No fault of dealer but looks bad. They could have at least washed my car to show consideration for trouble but did not.

Jerry Wang was outstanding. Finance manager too, don’t remember his name. Very pleasant. Thank you Honda Reeves. I would most definitely refer someone to you guys. I will be back.

John did an excellent job in taking care of us. He got us the best price for the car we came looking for. The financing manager, Cesar, was awesome also, he helped us with some additional features for the vehicle. It was definitely an excellent Customer experience.
