Transmission rebuild

I just pick up my car bmw 530 I 2004 transmission works like new very quick and professional work well done I love this place

The owner is an xxxxxxx

They sold me a car and swore it would pass inspection and it did not. The check engine light won’t turn off and it keeps overheating and shutting off. When I called to speak to Lou I got the xxxxxxx that didn’t even introduce himself, was very unprofessional, continued to cut me off and interrupt me, told me he had customers and was busy. He then said I was rude and condescending and said he didn’t think anyone would want to help me when I told him Lou told me to bring it back there if I had a problem with the engine. He told me call the number on my warranty and he hung up. I knew this car and this place was a xxx! Save your money. DON’T GO TO McDirty McDARBY MOTORS in Roselle, NJ!!!

if you want make a big mistake, buy a car there

Wrong place to deal with the owner mathews, and wrong place to buy a car, some looks good but engines was junks, they gave you warranty, but when you come back with a problem, they wash their hands, mathews, the owner, is not profesional at all.

Matt is the man!!!

I purchased a 2007 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer edition and the truck looks great. I brought the vehicle in for a small service and I had no way of getting to Rosell from Bayonne. I explained to Matt my situation and without hesitation he ordered me a $60 Uber and paid for it. If that's not customer service and I don't know what is. Thanks Matt and McDarby Motors.

Mickey was good to deal with but the ownerMatthew

I would never purchase another car nor will I refer anyone to them. My daughter purchase a 2003 Acura not only has she had so many problems with it but Matt was very unprofessional & arrogant. Took the car there to be fixed and before the work was done he gave us 1 price then once it was done he told us another price. Not only that she only had this car 5 months and it's been there 3 or 4 times and every time we take it they have 2 keep it 3 days before they even look at it. Smh. The last time it was there was the last straw Matt left with the car keys and we ended up having to wait there over a hour for him to return so we can get the keys to the car to leave then he came in and didn't say one word to us. He gave the keys to the Mickey who works in the office to give to me then he walked out. No apologies for my inconvenience or nothing he didn't say 1 word. Now how rude was that. If I gave them a star it would be a 1 and that's only because of Mickey.

Greatest SUV buying experience ever!!!

Great place to buy a car or SUV. I purchased a 2007 ford explorer, 93,000 miles, Its now at 110,000 miles, and is running like a champ. Great customer service, they are very attentive to their customers needs. There is a reason why these guy's have been in business for so long, As a business owner I have to say the personnel at MC DARBY MOTORS are five star rated professionals. I purchased many cars over the years and with doing so I came in contact with many different personalities, but these guy's at MC DARBY MOTORS are by far the most down to earth individuals you could ever meet while purchasing a vehicle. I mean these guy's treated my vehicle as if it was theirs when a repair was needed for my SUV. Great experience, Great personnel, Great customer service.............ps: Thanks for the experience guy's.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I purchased my 2006 Toyota Rav 4 from McDarby Motors in April 2015. From the initial phone call, Rick was friendly, professional and honest. His straight forward approach was refreshing and appreciated. He allowed me take the car to my mechanic to inspect who told me the car was clean as a whistle, he actually said that if I didn't buy it, he would buy it for his wife! There were 2 minor repairs he suggested and Rick not only agreed to the work, but spoke directly to my mechanic to ensure accuracy. My mechanic told me they used top of the line parts. I will be back when it's time for a car for my daughter. Rick is hands down best car salesman!

very glad i stopped at Mcdarby motors

Rick & Matt were great!! I was not even expecting to get approved since my luck at other dealers has not been that positive. I was able to get the car i wanted with a pretty reasonable down payment. They even provided me with the NADA book value, which was almost $2000 more than i paid! They were very upfront and made me comfortable buying from them. Will see them again if a friend needs a car or if i decide to upgrade. Thanks guys!!!

Got my 2004 Honda Civic at MCDarby Motors!!!

great dealership

I bought a 99 ml320 in august 2014,the salesman Rick was a cool guy and it was a smooth buying process.I drove the car from nj to minessota about 1300 miles with no problems and its been driving in minessota cold weather of -30 degrees very well.I would recommend these guys to anyone who need a good vehicle and they also have a repair shop on site to check your vehicle.
