We had $7000.00 worth of damage from an accident and had used Willis Collision Center before with excellent results so wanted them to fix us up again- Dana Delafield who was our estimator/service advisor was "top drawer"-- He kept us on top of schedules, extensions for the rental car, working with our insurance company as well as setting up the shuttle service for getting us to the car rental service after dropping off our truck to the Willis Collision Center. When our truck was finished l was blown away by the repair job-The body work and the paint job was pristine-the interior was spotless. Frankly,it looked like a new truck- They had to do a front end alignment because of where the truck was hit in the accident and now it tracks perfectly at 70 to 75 on the interstate even with the larger tires. Totally pleased with the outcome- Great job guys!!

I had excellent, experienced help from Sterling at Willis Auto. I bought a 2024 Buick Enclave Avenier from him last week. He is very knowledgeable about my car and all the cars they sell. I can not recommend Sterling highly enough. I have text him with a few questions about my car after we came home. He answered all of them quickly and easily for me to understand. Sterling is AMAZING.

I bought a 2025 Hyundai Elantra. I went here to see this specific car so I was pretty much already sold but my salesperson Steve was so respectful tful, relatable and easy to work with as was Billy in finance. Love the car!!!!

Had a very good experience. Walked in with a price in mind I wanted to spend. And walked out a little over a hour later with the vehicle I went in to look at.

I started looking online for a car for me and I stopped at Willis Auto on Hickman Rd. not knowing what I really wanted. I walked in and Kris was the salesperson that helped me. I looked at one trade in that had just come in, but I was not interested cause it didn’t have a backup camera. So he comes driving up in this vehicle(used) one owner and it was really sharp and well taken care of. We went out for a drive and I fell in love with it. It drives excellent!! So that was the vehicle I purchased!! They took care of everything!! Thanks alot Willis Auto!!!

Purchasing our immaculate 2020 Palisade through Willis was a great experience. It started at the Nissan campus where Gabe was most helpful. When we had to turn to the Clive campus for more variety, Gabe was still helpful, while Sterling and Koni provided a great team effort to make our schedule align with theirs. Great car in superb condition and competitively priced!
