I shop 7 dealer and Network Auto Sorce in Loveland Co had the best cars, the cleanest cars, Best price cars,trucks and suvs. The sale people are also the best in Colorado. No pressure, easy to talk to, and very friendly. They worked with me to get me in the best car for the money. I bought a 2007 Subaru B9 Tribeca for thounds less than anyone else. They even talk to me the next day to make sure I was happy. I tell everyone how awesome they treated me. If you don'the stop by and look you will be sorry. Thank you Clanton for all your help. Dee

Our family recently expanded by one and we knew it was time to get a bigger vehicle. But shopping for a minivan was a daunting thought considering I promised myself I would never buy a van no matter what. I looked online a lot because going to dealerships made me feel a bit uncomfortable. As I searched the web EVERY minivan made me second guess my choice. We did not want to buy brand new, and so I found a lot of nothing. Until I came across Network Auto Source. They had a good selection of vehicles with a lot of different models. The van that caught my eye was a gorgeous white VW Routan. Not your typical minivan, which made me very happy. I was so excited I stopped in on a whim to see it. I felt very comfortable from the second I got there. Not a huge dealership and no high pressure sales. In fact you could tell it was family run. I took the van on a test drive and fell for it immediately without even knowing all the bells and whistles. Bluetooth, two TVs/DVDs, and a lot more. Sharon worked with me and was extremely easy to talk to. She handled the whole deal and gave me an excellent price! To say the least I am not the type of person who is easily thrilled shopping for pre owned cars, so this experience was great and why I am writing a review. My van is driving great and has been a huge lifesaver for long drives. I would highly recommend Network Auto Source to anyone!

Since you guys claim to benefit from your comments or suggestions from potential customers this is my feel of your company. I was rudely treated and lied to by SHARON the front desk person Who also showed a very high lack of interest in my request to get more information on a vehicle. After trying to get information and calling back at a later time I was then hung up on and lied to and told that the truck I was requesting info on was sold but in fact it was not sold. She had no interest in helping me. Then after hanging up on me she then convinced her boss that she did nothing wrong and had him call me to just discuss a vehicle that is actually available when she told me that it was sold. After asking her boss whether she would be reprimanded or written up for this terrible customer service he refused and said that it was my opinion and that he had a different view of the situation. So this company has no integrity or no genuine concern for their customers and if there is any problem with their employees they do nothing about it. And if you even call to get more information about a vehicle such as a Carfax or a vehicle history report and to have it emailed to you that is too difficult for them to do. So her terrible and rude customer service has caused me to write this information. Now on the website it asks that questions or suggestions or comments are are appreciated and they use these to improve but I'm pretty sure that whatever I write will be thrown in the trash because of integrity of this company is nonexistent.

Great people to work with! I got a nicer car with more features than expected, and a great price too! This is the 2nd time I've bought from them & I'd buy from them again.

I have purchased numerous vehicles from Network Auto over the past 12 years and would, and will not, hesitate to purchase another when the opportunity presents itself. Auto shopping expereriences from other dealers over the years has been as pleasant as getting a root-canal but I've never felt that way with Clayton. His approach is completely one of "no-pressure" which is very rare in this business. He will allow the vehicle to sell itself so if it doesn't feel right to the buyer; so be it. There's none of this "well, what would it take to get you to buy this vehicle?" as exists with most all other dealers. Clayton will go as far to inquire as to what type of vehicle you may be looking for or desire and he will do his best to seek out what you want. I will do business with Clayton Joiner in the future.

The staff was very friendly. They let us drive whatever car that we wanted to drive. The prices were lower than anywhere I've seen. I would highly recommend this dealer!

My first used car was purchased through Network Auto source. I had purchased a car for my boss from Network and he was happy with the ease of the purchase so I decided to get my car from here. The staff did everything they could to work with me and make sure the vehicle was in full working condition. When something went wrong with the car, the staff made sure I got to a good mechanic that was very reasonably priced. I then traded this vehicle in and bought another from Network. Yet again the experience was smooth, low pressure and easy. A few years later I decided to change from a car to a minivan and yet again, another great experience. I unfortunately live in another state and hesitate to buy a used car from anywhere but Network. If you want a car and don't want to be pressured into something, go here!! The staff is wonderful and I have been happy with every purchase I have made there!

I had purchased 4 vehicles from them in the past, and received great service every time. I felt like the price I bought my cars for was a great deal, and have recommended my family to see Network when they need to buy a car. There is something nice to see about a local business owner helping out and not trying to take advantage of anyone they can. Theyre out their everyday, open and willing to work with customers find the right car and within their budget. In these times of tough unemployment and economic uncertainty, it was refreshing to see a 'main street' business making a difference in our local community! ***WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!*** I have given this rating because I just bought a used car 10/2011 and now it has 3 oil leaks (that they can see, so much oil everywhere)there might be more,check engine light came on and it's the EGR sylinoid and diaphram (might have more vacume leaks), mileage jumps up just sitting there, broken motor mount, broken transmission mount, broken radiator brackets and a junk yard motor. Have to pay Mitsubishi dealership to fix problems over 2000$ and it's just the beginning. Network Auto Source would not help me fix any of these problems or help pay for the diagnosis from Mits dealer. They say they have guaranteed used autos...not!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!! What a ripp off, they saw me coming and ripped off a girl. They will ripp off their own mother! They say they have a mechanic check out the cars, and that these cars are guaranteed and to trust them, nope not a real certified mechanic. They are liars! I wish I would have never gone to them!! Now I'm stuck with a broken car. With the economy now, money is very hard to come by and with no car = no work = no $
