Coulter INFINITI

My car's radiator burst during a very hot day. I had to call a tie truck and had it towed to Coulter. They were able to diagnose the problems without too long of a wait. The waiting area was comfortable and had good snacks. After discussing the repairs needed, they gave me a loaner. The next day, they discovered another problem that needed repair. I was allowed to keep the loaner for the whole weekend. My service consultant was Scott who made me feel comfortable and explained everything well Everything went well picking up my car and so far, it seems to be running great.

As soon as we knew they would need addirional parts that were not onsite, Mike set me up with a loaner car so I could go on with my day. He had the work done by the next day. These guys worked with me to ensure that the issue was diagnosed, and sent the information to their tech-line to ask for advice from other Infiniti mechanics across the nation. They went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of.
