I made a cash full price offer on a car, and because I was out of state, they refused to sell it to me. I offered to put a deposit on the car, still they... refused. Also, they would not allow anyone other than their chosen technician to inspect the car. Furthermore, they would not call me back instead of emailing, and were slow to respond to my emails, if at all. Worst customer service I've ever seen from a dealership, and that's saying a lot in the car business. Buyer beware.
