HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Sam, the owner, was recommended to me by a friend, and it was a great recommendation. Sam is an honest man who really cares. I was looking for a particular used EV car. Sam was friendly from the first phone call, educated me about the market, kept me informed about what cars he had coming soon, and then even acted as my "advisor" when I found the car at another dealer. It's rare to describe a used car dealer as DELIGHTFUL, but Sam is delightful. I highly recommend Sam and Auto import Sales.

I made a cash full price offer on a car, and because I was out of state, they refused to sell it to me. I offered to put a deposit on the car, still they refused. Also, they would not allow anyone other than their chosen technician to inspect the car. Furthermore, they would not call me back instead of emailing, and were slow to respond to my emails, if at all. Worst customer service I've ever seen from a dealership, and that's saying a lot in the car business. Buyer beware.
