My family came to an agreement on a Dark Gray 2015 F250
My family came to an agreement on a Dark Gray 2015 F250 Super Duty VIN1FT7W2B61FEC45721 Stock number 1T16906B with this dealer. We hadn’t seen the truck other than pictures that were sent to us by the salesman Hector and his sales manager Dan. Hector informed us it was a beautiful truck. It was going through there over 100 point inspection, detailed, and then they were going to deliver the truck to us. When the truck arrived we were completely shocked. There was SO much rust not disclosed, door jams were rotten out, wheel wells had bad rust and there were holes in the truck bed. The engine light was on. There was only one vehicle key. The interior smelled so bad of smoke. The worst part, The truck needed a new transmission. It barely shifted and when it did it felt like the trans was going to fall off or just blow. This was on Friday evening 8/22/25, by the time all of this came about the dealership was closed so I did not get a chance to speak with anybody. The truck was brought out by a a young lady who was just a driver. I thought for sure somebody would reach out to me on Saturday, even after I messaged, but nobody did. How does this happen? How do they let a vehicle leave their lot like this and also so blatantly lie about the condition of the truck. That says everything you should need to know about where their loyalty lies. You do not matter to this dealership only their profit line. I’m not one to over exaggerate or even write bad reviews, but people need to know what this dealership stands for.

We are very sorry the truck did not meet your expectations when it arrived. For remote sales we always try to overcommunicate any issues with the vehicle to avoid any issues like this. While we are far from perfect and certainly make mistakes from time to time, this review appears to be filled with inaccuracies and outright lies in order to make us look bad. We sent this customer 15+ pictures of the truck, including all areas that had signs of rust. We also told them we were doing $3,5500 worth of mechanical work to the truck in our service department. The door jams have a very small amount of surface rust (which we sent pictures of) and are not “rotted out”. Additionally, we sent close up pictures of all rust on the wheel wells. The truck shows no signs or smells whatsoever of smoke on the interior, and absolutely does not need a transmission as we drove this vehicle 3+ hours to and back from the customers home with no shifting issues whatsoever. The customer also never at any point Friday night or Saturday tried to reach back out to the dealership as stated. We had previously communicated with this customer by email, text and phone and have no record of them ever reaching back out to any of those sources through our electronic tracking. Additionally, the customer was verbally abusive and disrespectful to our female driver who attempted to deliver the truck down. We also did not in any way attempt to make the customer go through with the purchase when they indicated they were unhappy with the condition of the truck. We unwound the sale and brought it back to the dealership immediately. This review appears to be an attempt to defame us, and we will be challenging it with Dealerrater and Cars.com with photo evidence of all our previous correspondence, photo’s that had been sent to the customer showing the condition of the truck, and mechanical records from our service department.

Service was great! It was an emergency and they were able to get me in, even cam to my house and pumped up my tire to make sure I was able to keep my appointment!
