Prompt service and very informative

Jared, was very helpful, although I did not make a purchase, he was very informative and helped guide me in the direction I needed to go.

Do not recommend this dealership. Terrible service

They will say they will contact you, and they never do. They do not want to sell cars to non locals apparently. I wanted to buy a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L, but no one will call back after many attempts to get ahold of them.

This customer sent in an inquiry on a car at 4:20pm on a Saturday, about 20 minutes after we had closed for the weekend, and then posted this review on Sunday evening after we had not gotten back to them. Our internet sales team responded to this customer first thing Monday morning, came to a quick agreement and delivered her this vehicle by the end of the day on Monday. Unfortunately she has not taken the time to come back and amend this bad review.

Tried dealing with them on a pickup.

Tried dealing with them on a pickup. They asked for info from me, which I gave them, never heard back. Contacted them two more times. Finally got everything in order after 10 days. Set up a time to drive 3.5 hrs to buy the pickup. I had my finances all in order to buy the pickup. Less than 24 hrs before I drove down there, they notified me and said they sold the pickup to a "local". Also told me that that person had been in the day before to test drive it. They filled out a financial app that got turned down, but they waited to see if they could come up with a co-signer when they knew my finances were all.set. never go back to even look at what they have to sell. If they don't want to deal with people outside their area, maybe they should stay off sites like yours

We went to the dealership to look at a car we found on cars.com. Anthony met us and took us to see the car right away. He took the time to show us all about the car and answered all our questions. He was very pleasant to work with and not too pushy. There was a spot on the paint that was a concern for us and he addressed it right away. We really enjoyed working with Anthony.

Excellent Service

I have never had such an easy time purchasing a vehicle in my life. I first dealt with Kelly Molested who took care of all the preliminary paperwork and setting up financing. When I got there I dealt with Mickey Johnston who finalized everything. About an hour and we were in and out. Thank you both.

New 2021 Blazer RS buying experience.

You have to love a dealership that treats you as family when you come from out of state to buy a new SUV. I was a new buyer to the dealership and to be treated this way by a small town dealership was amazing. You do not get this kind of treatment from the big town dealerships. Mike did a great job as the salesman. It felt like he was an uncle explaining everything. Love your dealership!

Good repair but some damage done

I had my truck in for a repair that was going to take several days. I left it there on a Friday as I was going to be gone the following week.When I got home I was told they needed another part that was not ordered. That was no problem. After almost 2 weeks i was told it was ready. This was also no problem for me.The next day after I picked the truck up I went and washed it. While drying it off I noticed a place on the tail gate that had been scratched and was touched up with paint. Not a good touch up I might add. I called my service man and told him of the problem. He said they had cameras and would check it out. He also asked me if it might have been like that when I bought the truck. i told him no. (the truck wasn't purchased from the dealership). He also said to bright it in and his manager would take a look. When i did this he said sometimes people think things like this might had happened there but were really done before their car or truck got to the dealership.I said if that were the case it probably wouldn't have been tried to hide the damage with touch up paint. I said If he felt I was trying to get something fixed that wasn't done I would go. I said thanks and left.I just called my service advisor and ask him if they had decided to do anything about it and he said NO. Someone there did this to my truck and tried to hide it rather then to own up to it. I think that is VERY POOR of that person and also VERY POOR of the dealership not ti fix the problem.I will get it fixed and pay the bill but I will never go back to This ford dealer again

Pushy, impersonal

They attempted to push a loan through without asking me any questions (term length, payments, down payment) after getting that all sorted out they were pushy with gap coverage and extended warranty. While looking the vehicle over they hovered and kept talking about how nice everything was. Just an unpleasant experience from beginning to end. They're just lucky I really wanted that particular vehicle.

Called around 11AM on Friday to order parts for my truck....

Called around 11AM on Friday to order parts for my truck. Parts guy guaranteed they’d be here between 7:30AM-8AM on Saturday. I didn’t think to check the parts departments hours because he GUARANTEED they would be coming in. Called Saturday around 8:30AM to find out that the parts department was closed. Sales guy I talked to did try to find the parts by calling the service guy and I apologize to him for my attitude. But I am now stuck another 2 days over 2 hours from home because Molsteads parts guys can’t get out bed without hurting themselves.
