Run far and run fast. How does a $13,000 car become a $18,000 car? Well I'll tell you how. This place tried to add on $2995 in dealer fees. When asked what that was, the salesman stated that it covered them towing the car to their lot and getting it ready for sale. EXCUSE ME SIR but wasn't it your intention to sell the vehicle anyway? Why should the customer pay for that? Then there was the astronomical 800 documentation fee, the lowjack fee, DMV fee, taxes and fees....HOW ABOUT YOU JUST CHANGE THE NAME TO FEES AND MORE FEES

Trust the bad reviews!

Don't let the good deal fool you because it is meant to do exactly that because it's not real! I found the car I was interested in for a good price. The carfax wasn't free which in most cases it is. I inquired about the car, both on their website chat and sent in an email inquiry. I didn't receive a call back. Even after chatting online, I continued to receive pop up chat invites so clearly it was a robot. I never received a call from my chat or email inquiry. I contacted them directly and then received 2 additional phone calls from different sales people. I explained I was already working with someone, but I continued to receive calls and emails from other sales people. That should have been a red flag right there as they try to steal each other's potential customers. I was informed the car I was interested in wasn't available - most likely false advertisement to bait you in. I was offered another car that was similar but more money, again no carfax. I requested it but this one was in an accident. I was then offered an even more expensive car but lesser model. We discussed my budget multiple times. I was provided a trade in estimate as well as a monthly payment. I was provided a quote with the downpayment and monthly payment which were both in my budget. I inquired about all the negative reviews in regards to the hidden fees. I was promised the fees would be the agreed upon amount which would be considered the downpayment. I was confused because downpayment is different than taxes and fees. The salesman kept assuring me that the downpayment would cover the taxes and fees and it was the same thing...um no. I was then asked to pay $500 over the phone before even signing anything or looking at the car since he was able to meet my downpayment and monthly budget. I said no and that we could schedule an appointment which we did. I showed up the next day for my appointment and was immediately turned off by the area the dealer was located as well as the appearance of the trailer "office". Not one person was wearing a mask, and the desks are so close together as they are all crammed in a tiny trailer. Definitely not 6 feet apart and no social distancing. I asked our salesman to put on his mask which he half assed with his entire nose out. None of the other sales people put their masks on and everyone was in close proximity. In no way should I have had to ask him to put on his mask!! I said I was there for my appointment and he acted like he had no idea who I was. The car I came to look at was completely blocked in and we had to stand outside in the rain for about 20 minutes before I was even able to look at the car. All the sales people are cut throat with eachother and are trying to beat the other one to take out their customer for a test drive with the ONE dealer plate they share. The salesman played car jockey for a good 20 minutes and then we had to sit and wait for someone else to return from their test drive. They didn't even ask us for our license or anything! The car was completely on E and needed gas desperately. The service light was on as well. The mats were missing, and I checked the trunk and there were crappy generic plastic mats in there. Came back after the test drive asked about the oil change and what else it needed as well as where the actual mats were. I was blown off. Walked into the trailer to discuss numbers. They offered me $2000 grand less for my trade in, and my monthly payment was almost $100 more than we agreed upon and the term was for 84 months! They also listed ridiculous fees such as PSI "pre sale inspection" yeah okay then why was the service light on? Everything we discussed the day prior was like it never happened. All the numbers were different. The "manager" on site was a different manager than yesterday supposedly so he is approving different numbers I was told. I was getting ready to leave, and the "manager" came out and started giving me attitude for not taking their deal! STAY AWAY

Hi, I am sorry you had a bad experience. Deals change depending on the quality of your trade, your credit situation and some other minor factors. December 32 was the last day of the month and we were running around trying to finalize deals. beware!!!

This place is a bad joke, Alex and his creative finance is laughable. LoJack add-ons and hidden fees. Please get out the door price before wasting your time going there. Hey Alex the emails are priceless wish I could post them so everyone can see your lies!

Don't be stupid!!!!!

The dealer try to sell the cars a cheap price but when you see the fee over 4,000 dollar, don't be stupid go somewhere else.

Fast Talkers and Scammers

bad attitudes 3k dealer processing fees and that's only the dealer fee they jacked up the prices 9k just in fees alone. Don't waste your time with play. I wish i would of read the reviews before wasting my time here

They tack on a 2500 dealer fee, 800 for LoJack, and...

They tack on a 2500 dealer fee, 800 for LoJack, and another bogus 250 for a pre-sale inspection. If that wasn’t bad enough they charge an outrageous 800 document fee. Whatever car price you see Jack it up another 4K minimum. They just post low prices online to get you in there I wouldn’t waste your time with this place.

Bait and switch. DONT waste your time

When I agreed to buy a car for the price they had advertised they told me I could not. They then proceeded to tell me I could only buy the car if I paid $3000.00 more than what they were advertising.

UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Hole in the wall!

VERY disappointed!!! Do not waste your time. I love in CT. I Called about a car I was ready to purchase. Got forwarded to a uninterested salesman (Amir). Never called back. And for days I called expressing my interest got the run around. Time and time again. Then I call on the 4th day and they’ve already sold the car. Unprofessional hole in the wall. Just go to the dealer.
