Mac Haik Ford Pasadena

We purchased a used 2020 Chevy Colorado Z71 from Roy M. Sept 2024 we noticed in paperwork the truck had failed vehicle inspection in Aug and ask Roy on 3 different times during sale he stated "Yes!! Truck was sent through a full inspection & it has passed inspection or we could not sell truck" so we completed the purchase paperwork only to find out a week later Roy called us back asking us to get inspection done cause the dealership could not get tags for is without passed inspection.(we feel lied to about this), Also the rear end of truck is making a loud humming/grinding noise took it to Chevy dealership which have told us the rear differential is bad!!! We have only had the truck starting on our 3rd week!!! Waste of over 31k for a Lemon I would NOT recommend this dealership or salesman unless you like the HASSLES

I am back again for a follow up on the last review. I was going to edit it out but it will not let me. There was some information that was missing when everything was handed over to Dave. Once I got his direct line number, he was very thorough and handled my calls. If I had to leave a VM he would call me back in a good time frame. The reason for the first review was for how we were feeling, but because we are Mac Haik customers they did work this out in a timely manner. Costs still accrued but we knew why and details pertaining to them.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Mac Haik in Pasadena. Eddie Martinez set up our financing for the vehicle and made it a very professional and expeditious process. He found a good APR and a great extended warranty that exceeded the extended warranty we had found on our own. Eddie made our buying experience a pleasant and friendly experience. I would highly recommend Mac Haik in Pasadena.

My experience at Mac Haik Ford in Pasadena was great. Had the best customer service. If you ever go by see Rodolfo Jimenez. One of the most outstanding salesmen. Was very courteous and polite. Went way out and beyond his way in helping us Thru the whole process of owing our Ford Explorer Limited.

I went here to buy an F250. I had a truck for trade spent hours with them trying to get to a good deal for both of us . We were close but they were adamant about the interest rate even though my credit score was good. We did not make a deal so I went to my credit union and got better interest rate and pre approved. Went back and said I had financing was the price the same. I was told yes but when we went to make the deal they said it was only good if I financed through them. And now all of a sudden I got the same rate that my credit union was giving. I felt like I was being taken advantage of and the deal was sketchy. Said they do not take outside financing. I mean do u want to sell the truck or not?

I went to Mac Haik Ford Pasadena to buy a 2016 4 runner. Worst experience of my life. Didn't fix what we agreed to. Also found a few more things broken on the truck. took if back today my sales guy to issues to used car manager. He basically said we got your money your on you own. What a joke of a dealer. I don't know how they stay in business. I will tell everyone I meet not to purchase from them. Lots of other dealers to buy from.

Just came home from this dealership. We agreed on a price and I had my pre approval sorted. AFTER, we agree on a price, they say we don’t do outside financing and that I would have to work with their financing. I kept my cool and told them nope I would like to do this with my own financing. The salesman goes to the manager, speaks with him and then comes back to me saying hey, we can do financing but NOW at the MSRP and NOT the displayed value which is online and negotiated. So It’s just bad sales tactic and unprofessional. Don’t take advantage of consumers time and energy spent. WE are buying the product the BUYER is the king. Don’t go here :)

Had a good experience with sales rep, but as for the sales manager it is a complete opposite. After purchasing a vehicle and coming across problems with it in a week of purchase. Manager did not want to help in any way and after requesting to talk in person he refused to even speak with me. I would highly recommend taking your hard earn money to another dealership. Bad thing is there are actually good sales people there just lead by a **** team.

This dealership gives awful service in the body shop department. I had an accident and they failed to fix my whopped wheel and had my truck for over a week. They said that they need to send it off to find out if it was involved accident which took more time. If you are involved in an accident do not use Ida Arellano for your estimator. I am going to take them to small claims court if my truck is not repaired.

My experience with Mac Haik was phenomenal. After weeks of shopping for a used Expedition locally, I had to move my search nationwide. With this came dealing with several shady dealerships that advertise one thing and try to con you into something else, or hide a bunch of fees into their "online price". Not with Mac Haik. What I saw online is what I paid, and what they advertised is what I purchased. Everything above board, everything as promised. The Pre-Owned Director, Jerry, was first class. He was helpful and attentive through the whole process. The salesman Adan also had everything ready for me when I got there and got me in and out in less than 30 minutes after I flew in halfway across the country to buy the vehicle. Don't hesitate to purchase a vehicle from Mac Haik. They are excellent ambassadors to the Ford brand. Thanks again guys!!
