To tyler,robert, and april and to who ever owns this dealership. On 8/2/2024 I purchased a 2015 chevy equinox 3 weeks later I found that it used a quart of oil every 500 miles. I called them and talk to tyler first and robert and then talked to both of them in person. And never heard back from them. Since then the motor has seized up and has cost me $5400.00 for a new motor. Ordered the motor from Arnold Motors for $3400.00 and the rest was labor. You all are the worst of the worst and this dealership belongs on the Wall of Shame.

Worst ever. Gave me a quote did not even come close to matching it. Did not offer a compromise. Not to mention they wiped out the service on my radio and expected me to pay to have it repaired.

Had a deal we had been working on for several days.
Had a deal we had been working on for several days. We’re supposed to sign the paperwork remotely and their system was down, they called back at the agreed upon time the next day, was told the paperwork wasn’t right and they would call back. Waited two hours, no call back. I called, was told the finance guy was busy. They were to call at 2. They did, but only to tell me they weren’t doing the deal and couldn’t give me a reason as to why. Darwin is rude and the whole thing is a waste of time. I highly suggest going elsewhere.

Bait and switch!
Absolute s@&t show of a dealership! Test drove the vehicle, agree on the price. I asked for the “Out the door” price. We agree on that, I set up an appt and get there on time! 3 1/2 hrs of waiting, they tack on 4K in fees after multiple times of asking and confirming the OTD price. The 3 1/2 hrs of waiting… is after I’d already sent them my banking paperwork the day prior. WTH is hard about being upfront with the price!? I’m not sure how you get any clearer asking for an OTD price, but there’s a reason cars.com doesn’t recommend them and they shouldn’t.
