I started w a phone call speaking to Victoria. I let her know exactly what my wife and I were looking for & she began working on a lease deal on a 2026 Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek SUV. Victoria worked quickly with the GM and we sealed the deal the very same day. I dealt w Victoria & then with Scott on submitting the online credit application. Scott was excellent to work with, just like Victoria. Scott called back within minutes with the approval and went over everything else. The next day we drive up from Somerset to Richmond, Ky. Victoria had all of the docs sent to me and I had everything finalized within minutes. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted with a warm welcome by Gates Nissan awesome staff. The GM, the finance MGR, Victoria, and then by Bob. Everyone was awesome & professional. It felt more like a family reunion. The entire process was seamless.
