He was able to work within our budget and made the buying process very simple. The website is easy to use, contacting an internet sales rep was a breeze and we received a response very quickly (even during evening hours). We were able to talk about our needs over the phone the next day for the vehicle we picked out online. The Carfax report was made readily available on the website which helped in our decision process. We felt confident with Paul's knowledge and he was very accommodating. We would definitely recommend doing business with Preston Hood and especially Paul. This is the second time we have purchased a car from this dealer and both times have been a good experience.
