Exceptional service, and super facilities.

As with the first visit my expectations were far exceeded. Each agent I came in contact with was exceptionally helpful and willing to go that extra step to insure professoon excellance. Hat off to another wonderful experience.

Great service and very clean

Ron Dawson checked us in for our routine maintenance, oil change and tire rotation. That was the most pleasant experience we have had in your service department. Time wise was exceptional as well. Quickest yet for oil change.

My truck buying experience

Everyone I met At Preston Hood Chevrolet was very courteous and friendly, especially Chuck Epley who was the salesman who took care of me. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He was very patient and took the time to ensure all of my questions were resolved. He turned what I expected to be a stressful experience into a very pleasant one.

Great Service

Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. Especially Keith. He's great! Service department was good too. Quick but thorough. Very satisfied.

great service, clean, friendly

I was there to get my oil changed and my delivery detail done since I was not bale to get it done when I purchased my vehicle. It was going to be a few hours and I was very happy that they allowed me to have a loaner truck to drive around while I was waiting.

Great Buying Experience! Kim Cannon was so helpful

Kim Cannon at Preston Hood was so knowledgeable. We were on vacation and decided to look at new trucks, our truck was purchased new but was a 2002. It was a Dodge Ram and I was convinced buying another Ram was what we wanted again. Ms. Cannon met us on the lot as we were looking around, kind of lost - still not sure why we were at the Chevy dealer. Kim made us feel at ease and was able to answer all our questions. She showed us features on the Silverado that far surpassed what we had seen looking at other trucks. I was still unsure - but she encouraged us to drive it... again, her extensive knowledge of the brand and all of the extras the truck had to offer, she knew how they worked and was able to show us how easy we could use the safety features. Not only was did she sell us the Silverado, she "sold" us on the Chevy brand... We do not live in the area, but the next time I am in need of a vehicle, I will call her first to see what's new that Chevrolet has to offer... The Preston - Hood buying experience with Kim Cannon was above excellent - We love the Silverado!!!

Simple, honest car purchase

Chuck Epley was excellent to work with! I decided to buy a new car just 1 day before a lengthy road trip. Working w several dealerships, Chuck was the most responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Really went the extra mile to meet my needs. After the deal was made by phone, I was very satisfied to find the car ready, gassed, and paperwork accurately prepared. Will definitely work w Chuck Epley and Preston Hood next time! Greg Morrison

Great service !!! The service was done in half the time quoted. Courteous employees. The waiting room was comfortable and snacks were supplied.

Smooth Operation
