Dishonest and scamers
We found a car on their website and negotiated the price over the phone since we were out of town. We then traveled down to buy the car. While test driving the car we noticed the car was pulling to the right and that the tire pressure light was on. The dealer Chris said oh it's just the tire alignment and putting pressure in the tire but that everything was good. So on arrival at the dealership the price was negotiated down to take care of the tire alignment since they don't do that at their dealership. We were also told that the pressure was addressed and that after 20 - 30 miles the tire pressure light should go off. So taking their word that the car was safe to travel back home with, we left. After we reached home, we took the car to our mechanic only to find out that the tire pressure sensor on the tire was broken and had to be replace. Also the front end needed work (ball joint), and the power steering was messed up (hose was leaking and pump damaged). All this work for close to $2000. Got back in touch with the dealership. We were given the run around. They have you on hold then send you to voice-mail. When they did answer and realized it was us calling, Chris was always with a client and will call back. Call backs did not happen without you bugging them. Anyways the conclusion from trying to get them to help after all their lies is the car was sold as is and is a used car so you should expect some wear and tear. The same ones they failed to disclose saying their technician didn't see anything. They were lying since the power steering pressure hose was wrapped and tied to slow down the leak. They are very dishonest and deserve what happens to them next. Do not buy any car from them and don't believe anything they say.

My First Car Purchase
I bought a ford escape hybrid with the help of Sal Fareed. He was so polite. This is a very respectable, clean, and friendly dealership. I did not feel pressured but I did leave feeling informed and confident with my first big purchase. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

Beware!
They had a year-old Volvo posted for about $3000 less than blue book which I went to look at. They claimed they listed the car low by mistake, but would still honor the price. The car was missing one of the keys, had a dent in the door, had the headlight warning on and the seats were filthy. They said they would take care of the door with paintless dent removal, get the key, and get a Volvo dealer to fix the headlight warning, and have the seats redyed. They said they got the key, but said the dealer couldn't clear the warning because a Xenon kit had been installed, and they wouldn't pay to have the dealer fix it. They then told me the only way they could fix the door dent was to send it to a body shop, and have the whole door repainted. This was not what I wanted I wanted since I was buying 1 year old car. They also told me the car came back off of a one year lease and I believed it the night I looked at the car, but no one would install a xenon kit if they were leasing the car. I went back and looked more carefully at the Carfax, and the car was privately owned---not a lease car. I stupidly gave them a deposit check for $1000 which they cashed the same night. I went back to get my deposit after I told them I didn want the car. They told me I have to pay $235 for the electronic key key which I said I do, and the handed me a check for $265. I told them I given them $1000, not $500 for the deposit, and when I gave them the check back they changed their story and said they couldn give my deposit back until the funds were deposited in their account (even though it had been 4 days since my check cleared). I feel bad about those people (I using the term loosely) getting the $1000, but I may have gotten off cheap---who knows what else was wrong with that car. I wish I been smart enough to read the feedback and the Better Business Bureau rating before I got involved with these guys. All the warning signs were there.

Absolutely Satisfied Customer
It was a pleasurable experience doing business with Exotic Motors. Rick, Shawn and Jennifer were amicable to work with and they made the entire buying process so easy. I got a good price on my dream car and it looked stunning as it did online. I came all the way from MD and now i'm excited for my 12 hour drive back home in my car.

NOT AS ADVERTISED
Be aware that they mis advertise their vehicles, went there 2 times thinking the 1st time was just a fluke but 2nd car I saw needed engine repairs and was dented, broken buttons inside the car, ripped seats, nothing what they advertise. Never going there again to waste my time. The cars are priced ridiculously hight for what they are too. GOOD LUCK.
