I have gone to many different dealers over my lifetime,
I have gone to many different dealers over my lifetime, but Royal Oak Ford is my favorite by far from the purchase of the vehicle to the service center. I have never had a bad Experience I own two Fords one I bought there and one At a different dealership I now bring both to Royal Oak Ford for their excellent service

I have purchased 3 Explorers from Royal Oak Ford.
I have purchased 3 Explorers from Royal Oak Ford. They have always been there for me with any vehicle concerns. George my service advisor has always been honest in the repairs for my 2006 Explorer. I only trust Royal Oak Ford and of course George to repair my vehicle. I’m bringing my vehicle in Dec. 11th to have it checked for all repairs needed and an estimate. It will cost me a lot but, my brother wants to pay for the repairs. Just have to let you know that this 2006 Eddie Bauer edition Explorer has been a remarkable vehicle. Thank you Ford for making such a fine vehicle.

Royal Oak Ford’s service department was great.
Royal Oak Ford’s service department was great. Since I live within a 10 mile radius of their location, they picked up and Re delivered my Mach e. They also automatically applied my Ford points so no cash out of my pocket for the services performed. By all means this is about the best dealer experience I’ve ever had over owning 22 vehicles.

I had been looking around for a car for a while.
I had been looking around for a car for a while. I have good credit, but I've only had it for about a year. Plus I just got into a stable job a few months ago. Being my first car it was incredibly difficult to find a dealership that would even help me without giving me insane interest rates and cars that looked like they barely functioned. I needed a car that would keep me safe through Michigan winters. I consulted with Don at Royal Oak Ford and I'm still in shock with how much he was able to help me. I originally consulted about a used 2014 escape thinking that was the best I was going to be able to get. Don helped me get everything started and when I came back that Monday, he helped me find enough credit and a good interest rate to be able to get a 2020 Ford escape with 24,000 miles on it. Don helped me get a car that can keep me and my family safe through the winter, and keep us safe and comfortable in a reliable vehicle for a long while. I'm so grateful for Don and everything he did to help me.

Any service issues on any of my Ford's (very few actually) have always been handled by Jim Dotson. Both Mikle Long and Jim Dotson are outstanding employees and are pleasent to work with.

I had a heat shield problem on my 2013 Ford Focus.
I had a heat shield problem on my 2013 Ford Focus. I stopped into the dealership and talked to Mark Lange the used car manager. He sent me over to the service department and had one of the mechanics take a look at it. He promptly put the car on the hoist and fixed it right away. I went back to thank Mark and told him of all the dealerships whether it was GM or Ford, this is a top notch dealership. There was no charge for the repair. The service department was great. I will certainly recommend all my friends who might need a car in the future to talk to Mark Lange for a used car. My thanks again to Royal Oak Ford for fantastic service. Thank you, Bob Baker
