Lied by Omission, Took Responsibility, Then Ghosted Bought a 2022 Lexus GX from Germain Cadillac of Easton. They knew I was registering it in Massachusetts — it’s in the signed paperwork. What they failed to mention? The headlights had been illegally painted (not just tinted) and could not pass MA inspection. That’s not a cosmetic flaw — that’s a legal issue. When I brought this up, I was sent to a Lexus dealership in MA, where I was told the tint was painted on and not removable. The only fix? A $10,000+ quote to replace the headlights, taillights, and reflective. When my husband shared that with Mike Dixon, he got upset — not because of what we were facing, but because, quote: “we already lost money on that car.” Then — as if we were the problem — he sent us to a small local shop HE picked, hoping they’d say something different. Spoiler: they didn’t. They confirmed the exact same thing — the headlights are not salvageable. So to recap: – They sold a vehicle that can’t pass inspection – Tried to fix it, which legally acknowledges responsibility – Then bailed when the fix wasn’t cheap – And are now hiding behind “as-is” like that excuses knowingly selling an undrivable vehicle This dealership is the definition of dishonest, deflective, and unethical. Buy here if you want a luxury car that comes with a legal battle, thousands in hidden repairs, and zero accountability. Otherwise? Go literally anywhere else.

Rylie is a great sales Lady!
Rylie is a great sales Lady! She was honest, helpful, direct with class, and patient. She never used pressure tactics. She was always helpful. She was willing to assist with transportation so I would not have to take public transportation and then walk to the dealership. She was also patient when insurance had to be finalized. I already had a bank check cut from a Federal Credit
I already had a bank check cut from a Federal Credit Union, extended warranty and car insurance available and literally just waiting on me to pick out any car that I wanted. I had to ask 3 times from different sales reps including the mgr for them to send their own inspection report that was already completed for me to review, before committing to the purchase. I also had to ask multiple times for an “out of the door” price before finally receiving one that excluded tag, tax, title and shipping from OH to GA. They couldn’t even tell me what shipping company they would use and that I would have to pay the driver when they dropped the car off. I work during the day and don’t have time to go back and forth with a sales rep and explain why I won’t come in to test drive a car, use their financing or purchase a service warranty when I already knew what I wanted. I refuse to purchase from any dealership that can’t send me basic paperwork to purchase a car sight unseen and 800 miles away for that matter. My husband and I have 4 cars between the two of us, my 2 Jaguars and his 2 Cadillac’s. My husband just likes the CT6 Platinum TT and I was buying it for him as a surprise gift and they ruined it. This literally could’ve been the easiest sale for them and they couldn’t have cared less. What a complete waste of my time. Then to add insult to injury, Tony arbitrarily decided to start calling me by an entirely different name!! I wouldn’t buy a Cadillac keychain from this dealership.

According to our records, you requested a copy of the 172-point Cadillac Certified Inspection on the vehicle of interest. It was explained to you that the vehicle did not have that inspection to provide because it did not qualify for certification due to its age (2018). You insisted on having that inspection. Our team did provide you with the multipoint inspection (MPI) along with the vehicle history report, complete service records of everything we did to the vehicle, a video, and pricing. This pricing breakdown included the requested service contract, which you declined afterward. Pricing was resent without the contract, and it was explained multiple times that we do not collect taxes for the state of Georgia. We also provided you with a separate quote for shipping. We explained that we use central dispatch for transport. They use various companies, based upon who is available at the time, and you would be able to pay them directly upon arrival. I apologize that somewhere along the lines of our communication your remote experience was unsatisfactory. We aim to provide an excellent customer experience 100% of the time. recently brought my car in to have my sensors and drain
recently brought my car in to have my sensors and drain system repaired. After paying $1900 for this repair a week ago, now my engine light is coming on and off and the car is hesitating. My vehicle was not doing this before bringing it in for the repair. I know this was not a problem because their was a diagnostic ran on my vehicle. I am furious about this after trusting them to work on my vehicle. With it being a cadillac dealership I thought it would be the right decision taking it there to be repaired with my vehicle being a cadillac.

Purchase a used Cadillac xxx less than three car was inspected by the dealership and the wrong tires were placed on the car. Two of the tires were a bald. Return back to the dealership to have this matter resolved, and I was told by the general manager, D’Lacey Stith That the car is a used car and that they can just swap out the tires from the back And put them in the front and put the ball tires in the back. When asked for him to come and look at the four tires, his response was no and that we know our product, but we am purchasing the vehicle. General manager, D’Lacey stated that They had invested in the car and had replace new tires on the back of the car. I would never purchase a car through him as a general manager, and I question if for sure he knows the brand !

At the time of your purchase in May 2024, 2 of the tires measured less than 4/32 so we replaced them, the other tires passed our safety inspection. You visited multiple times before your purchase, and were satisfied with the price, condition, and operation of the vehicle. Upon taking your vehicle to another automotive supplier due to a shimmy, pulling to the right and a loose splash guard they recommended work. We explained the vehicle was not sold to you in this condition, and we are unable to accept liability for these repairs’ months later. We are sorry this doesn’t meet your expectations.
