I purchased a suv and was only coming that day to look .

I purchased a suv and was only coming that day to look ...but the offer Samuel gave us i couldn't say no ...your service and warranty u offered and price is the best I've seen....I purchased another car a year and half ago from jaber motors and will never buy from them again I recommend Delano Chevy they don't sell junk cars ask for Samuel

Great place and nice and helpful associates but I've

Great place and nice and helpful associates but I've taken my car to get looked at twice and we can't figure out what's wrong with it. The good thing is they didn't charge me a fee for those two times.

Upfront and Straight, no tricks

Worked with Rafael on purchasing a car from Fresno. He was totally straight and upfront. Was able to work out the deal and the details on line. No games, no funny business. Was completely straight forward and honest. Signed papers with Norma. No pressure, they were just helpful in answering questions and making the deal happen. Best car buying experience I've ever had! Well worth the drive.

Service Appointment

Overall service was okay. An appointment was scheduled for the car to be detailed cleaned, washed and fuel tank filled. The duration was an hour, however the car was not even cleaned from the inside. It was dusty and had finger prints all over. The car was not washed properly either and still had dirt and dust. The appointment was a waste of my time.

2022 GMC Sierra Denali (emissions problems)

Frank Rios is the reason I?m giving the dealer a 5 star rating. Al though the dealership did not fix the emissions problem on my 2022 GMC Sierra Denali, Frank helped me out. His customer service skills go above and beyond the call of duty. Frank is the man and he?ll take care of you.

Sales people were good to work with. I was glad we were able to negotiate the removal of multiple additions along with the $2000 dealer mark up above msrp.
