Took My granddaughter to get a car was pre-approved by my bank. They ended up dinging my credit two or three times to finance me and got four points higher finance rate than my bank had pre-approved. The loan for that is bull crap. Won't buy another car there

Lack of communication
Sold a car that was at a different dealership getting repaired. I called for the past 3 (or even 4 days) trying to get in to look at a RAM 1500 that was listed for the past month. I was told it was at a dodge dealership getting ‘warranty work done’. I was told twice, they would call and give me an ETA. No one called and I had to keep reaching out. I was getting ready to call this morning (like I have been) and sure enough, it shows SOLD on the website. Horrible communication, no follow-up and seemed as if no one knew anything. I worked with Cyndee Lotton and I feel like some of this was her fault. Never got back to me. If you are hooked up with her, I would call back and try finding someone else. My wife told me to call someone else and I thought I would give benefit of doubt. But you live and learn. If you can stay away from dealership, I would. If you must work with them, stay away from Cyndee. She lacks basic skills to get back to anyone which may or may not have caused me this missed vehicle. Thanks Dralle!

Ripped off
I towed my vehicle to the dealership after if broke down. they advised me it needed a timing chain replaced. they had the car for almost a month and I picked it up paid them almost $2800 dollars got less then 5 miles from the dealer and the check engine light came on. called and told them and they ask to bring back next day they replaced a sensor they claim was bad. then a day later light came on again. took to a different dealer and was advised of a technical bulletin that a gasket was installed wrong. they picked up the car said would take care of. called and told me they did it when repairs where done. it clearly stat that you have to take it apart to insure it was installed correctly. they never took apart and want me to pay them to take apart and see if they did work correctly. I would never recommend them for service or to buy from they are very underhanded and shady. be warned they will bait and switch you.

This is the second vehicle I have bought from Dralle
This is the second vehicle I have bought from Dralle Peotone. Austin was the salesman. I made several visits trying out different cars and was always greeted with a smile. He showed great patience each time I came looking for the perfect car. I bought a Chevy Trax and am happy with my choice. Great personal service.

Bought a 2014 Silverado.
Bought a 2014 Silverado. I paid for Bumper to Bumper coverage. I only had her serviced through them. I kept up with my service recommendations. The mechanic had recommended service to be done on trans lines, however, I was told that it was just condensation and they would check it at my next oil change. Next oil changed, I was told that it must have sealed itself, no leak. Fast forward.... past 24,000 miles, at oil change, I was told that I needed lines to be changes, oil pan to be change and lines, and some other things costing over $5,500.00, that would have been covered under my Bumper to Bumper warrantee, but now it was expired. I only had the car for a year and a half. The staff is very nice but they do not stand behind their cars. I do not recommend purchasing a used vehicle from them.

They had a car that my daughter wanted.
They had a car that my daughter wanted. Price was reasonable considering all the price gouging because of covid19 Today. When it came to her trade in, was told they were just trying to cover the cost of auctioning it off because they would never be able to sell a car with 200K miles on it. Banks will not loan any money and it would take a cash buyer to purchase it. Well they lied and put it on there lot for a whole bunch of $$$$. Will never go there again. Liars, Liars, Liars. So much for a small town dealership. Do not expect anything for your trade in if going here. Sell it at Carmax.

Always take my vehicles here. Without a doubt their service department is the best. Their sales department is fanatic as well.

Disappointed Experience
On Friday March 18th I began the process of purchasing a 2017 F250 from Dralle Chevrolet Buick of Peotone. On their website, Dralle Chevrolet prides itself on professionalism and trustworthiness, these are not words I would use to describe my experience. I worked with Kevin through the entire process, my first time buying a car from a dealership. I was pleased with how smooth the process had gone, especially never really working with a dealership before. Being out of state I didn’t have the ability to see the truck in person but the 40+ photos on their website showed what seemed to be a very clean used truck, I purchased the truck and flew out to Chicago. The gentleman who met me, verified me by my driver license and didn’t really give me much time to inspect the truck before leaving. It wasn’t until I got home that I had notice the damage to the lower passenger door. When I reached out to ask about the damage, Kevin said that during his inspection/walkaround it was not noticed. He also stated that white colored vehicles can hide damage extremely well. After expressing my disappointment and with how much money was spent on the truck, I was told that is very common for there to be a scratch/ding/crease in the body of a used vehicle. However, this damage isn’t just a scratch or a ding. I shared the photos with Kevin to show it was more than just a scratch. I then went to a local body shop to get a quote to fix. I reached out to see if the dealership would help cover the cost, even a portion of it and I was met with the response that the dealership won’t cover any cost of the repairs, as it was sold as a used vehicle. The truck was apparently detailed, and glass coated, so I don’t believe that this damage on the passenger door was “missed” as it has been claimed. On top of that, the truck has aftermarket rims which require a special tool to remove the tires. I was not given that tool that comes with the rims to be able to change the tires. I had to take the time to call the manufacturer, order the tool and have it shipped. Not even having the truck a week, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the extra amount of money and time I spent to fix these issues after buying the truck from this dealership. When buying out of state and first time with a dealership, that sales contact can be very crucial. You don’t want to feel “duped” or that you are being taken advantage of. I felt comfortable in the beginning with Kevin because I thought all my questions were being answered and the information being given was accurate and trustworthy. After this experience, I wouldn’t go back to this dealership and will be very skeptical if there is a next one. If buying a used vehicle from Dralle Chevrolet Buick of Peotone beware, make sure you take the time to inspect the vehicle before taking possession, or you might get stuck with paying for an unexpected repair.
