Dropped in to see what kind of cars were available I was interested and trading my truck. I was greeted by a young man by the name of Eric King. Mr.King customer service was exceptional he was very helpful he was very informative and straight forward I did not feel like I wasted time there I left with so much information that will help me when I'm ready to trade. Mr.King was not just trying to sale a car and get me out the door he was patient and very understanding and making sure I understood the process. That's customer service something you don't see much of these days. I would refer him to my family and friends who are looking to buy a car. Extremely disappointing experience with Giovanni Gonzales at Currie Motors Chevrolet. During a phone call, I was clearly told that the vehicle I was interested in was available and that I should come in to move forward. Based on that, I made the trip only to find out the car was not there at all. This was a complete waste of my time and money on transportation, not to mention unnecessary stress. The information I was given over the phone was inaccurate and misleading. This level of communication is unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for customers. I definitely would not recommend working with this salesperson and this dealership!
