He was very professional on the phone, and when we arrived at the dealership the next day he greeted us making us feel very welcome. Joe does not play games, he works very hard on behalf of his customers, and I felt like he truly looked out for my best interest, and worked with me and his management staff to arrive at a deal that both parties felt good about. It didn't end there, I had ordered some accessories outside the sales transaction, and Joe handled both the ordering as well as scheduling my installs. Best service I have ever had. When I first came to this dealership with low credit these men worked with me and did everything in Thier power to put me in a car. Although I had to have a co signer I walked off the lot with a car. Now I have traded my car in, credit score went up a great deal and I was able to get a brand new car on my own.
