I'm 70 years old and have bought and sold a lot of cars in my life. So, when I say that working with Tyler Hill at Henry Martens was our best buying experience EVER it is said sincerely and based on years of experience. When I read Tyler's bio and he stated he wanted to make the buying experience fun, easy and "meet our needs" I thought what can this young man know about our needs! We were simply toying with the idea of trading in an older F150 and "maybe" upgrading to something better, not even sure that we wanted to buy given the uncertainty of the economy right now. Anyway, we arranged to meet and explained what we were considering. Tyler was easy to talk with, patiently listened and allowed us to examine and drive a number of vehicles, both used & new, without any pressure to buy. In fact, the best thing we learned from working with Tyler was that the vehicles we "thought" we wanted were NOT a good fit or investment at all! We returned the next day and Tyler showed us a new GMC Terrain that met our needs and it could be purchased for less than some of the used vehicles we were considering! PLUS, he was able to provide a fair trade-in value for our F150 "AND" arrange financing too! The best part was at no time were we "tag teamed" with other sales staff and pressured. Tyler was well informed, answered all of our questions, offered alternatives and facilitated every aspect of the sale from start to completion. Simply stated, he exceeded our expectations. In fact, it was fun & easy! Finally, it was important to us to keep our business locally and we are now looking forward to utilizing their Service Department to help us maintain our new GMC. Tyler & Randy Hill it made it a very pleasant experience on buying my Vette, They were quick on getting me a build date when I 've been waiting at other dealerships to order one.Took the time to show me all the features of the car, No pressure at the back side to get any extra's once you said no that was it. We had limited time to put a deal together on a HM car. We told Al, the sales rep, that we had to leave for another appointment by a specific time. He got everything done and we were out the door in time to make our next appointment. This is the easiest and most low pressure car purchase that we've ever made. Mark in service department provides excellent advice and trust - I had my 2015 serviced with Mark since I purchased - I found a car I wanted online at a different dealership and Al/Randy got the car for me at the price I agreed to purchase - no upcharges, no hard sale, no hassle. They got the car for me, I spent about 15 min total time in the dealership finalizing the paperwork then drove off with my new 2023 Equinox.

These guys don't play any games. Hands down the best new car buying experience I've ever had. They didn't try marking up the MSRP with a dealer added market adjustment. They didn't try adding a bunch of overpriced and mostly useless dealer add-ons as a "required" package. They didn't spend an hour trying to sell me aftermarket warranties or services after I said I wasn't interested. I only spent two hours and twenty minutes between the two visits to the dealership to order, and then buy and pick up my new EUV. Ed, Randy, and Dave did a great job on getting me in, out, and on my way. I'll be back when I'm ready to get my next EV.

Just bought a new 2023 Blazer from Henry Martens. I have bought a couple other new cars in the past from them, and Randy and Tyler Hill were the two salespeople that I always deal with. They go above and beyond to make you happy. I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else to buy a vehicle. Tyler Hill was amazing! I bought a truck to add to our “fleet”; no trade in. In all my years of buying cars, and I’ve had many, this was the fastest and most pleasurable experience of all of them!
