If I could've given a zero I would have. The brakes and clutch stopped working in my daughter's Malibu. Anschuetz replaced the master cylinder. Two days later my daughter went home to Kalamazoo and experienced the same problem. She got it towed to a local chevy dealer and they told her the problem was the slave cylinder, not the master. Anschuetz absolutely refused to do ANYTHING to make it right. They said since we drove it off the lot they must have fixed it. Do not go here to have your car worked on! They are crooks

When we recently had a major issue with our low mileage vehicle and we expressed our frustration over the abundance of issues with the car and the warranty denials, the service manager, TIM was incredible nasty. When I told him that i was calling in an attempt to get some help and did not understand why he was being so rude and condescending, TIM told me he would look for a number at GM so someone could explain the word "warranty" to me. Unfortunately, this is one of many similar service department experiences we have had here.
