Very disappointed in customer service.
Very disappointed in customer service. Had problem with deteriorating tires within 3 months of purchasing new car, and manager seems to think it's my problem. Can't get them to return my calls... not happy!

Terrible dealership.
Terrible dealership. I purchased a $125K Escalade from them and later discovered that they failed to include the entertainment center headsets that come with the car. The salesman said he would ship them to me as I live in LA but after four follow up texts/calls, I got nowhere and called for the General Manager. He was "on the phone" and they said he would call me back. He never did. I will have to contact Cadillac to get resolution. Terrible experience...I will never buy another vehicle from this weak dealership. Alfredo was my salesman and he is worthless

We understand your frustration, and we'd like to apologize for the communication issues you experienced post-purchase. Having all of the features of your Cadillac readily available is critical to your overall driving experience. We'd like to chat with you to apologize again and also to work through resolution here. We'll have Scott Wheat, our New Car Sales Director, reach out to you.
Please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you!
I look forward to your call. The dealership manager contacted me and resolved my issue to my complete satisfaction. Many thanks! Tom
Deceptive is an understatement based on my experience
Deceptive is an understatement based on my experience with them. I inquired about a used 2024 Lyriq they had advertised online for just over $38k. I was looking for an out the door price with no trade and was given a figure of over $49k. There was a $7,000 (plus tax) extended warranty and service plan added to price (Cadillac Care). I told them I was not interested in that and the dealer replied “it’s optional and can be removed.” So I asked them to remove it and asked about the taxes. They then asked if I would be willing to finance the vehicle with them instead of paying cash. I told them I was if there was an incentive to doing that. I then get a reply back saying “actually my manager said $49k is the best we can do.” So basically they are advertising unattainable sale prices and then trying to force people to buy add ons which is not ethical or possibly even legal.

Seth, again, our aim is never to deceive or mislead our customers. Based on your original feedback, we worked with you to remove the Cadillac Care package, as you expressed you did not want that included with the vehicle. The price listed online reflects the price of the pre-owned Lyriq without that package attached. We are sorry that you feel as though you've been misled. However, we have worked to clarify our pricing with you and have removed the package at your request. If you would like to continue our conversation here, please reach out. Otherwise, we wish you the best of luck on your car search!
Absolutely the worst dealership experience I’ve had in
Absolutely the worst dealership experience I’ve had in from a dealership in TX. The level of unprofessionalism from both the management and sales rep, Kendrick, was beyond unacceptable especially when dealing with $150K+ vehicles. I had a done deal in place for a 2025 Escalade V. All the paperwork was supposed to be sent over, and I waited for hours with no response, only to find out the car was sold out from under me. This isn’t the first time either. The same thing happened during a previous attempt with this dealership. If you value your time, money, and respect as a customer, take your business elsewhere. They will string you along, then sell the car behind your back. Very unprofessional.

Abdullah, we appreciate you coming in to see the Escalade V. It is a breathtaking vehicle, so we understand your frustration in not being able to take it off the lot as anticipated. We'd like to apologize for any lapse in communication that effected your experience. We'd appreciate the opportunity to chat and potentially win back your business. If you are open to conversation, please reach out to our New Car Manager, Angel Santacruz, at asantacruz@centralhoustoncadillac.com. Thanks!

To whom it may concern, As a valued customer, I
To whom it may concern, As a valued customer, I expected a high level of professionalism and competence, which unfortunately has not been reflected in my experience with your company I brought my car in for an oil change Saturday at 7:00am and sat there, until 10:00am. When they brought my car out, as I proceeded to get in my vehicle and opened the door, there was a crushing sound in my running board on the drivers side. I closed the door and it was even louder. The service guy ( Kevin) said the motor sounds like it's going out. I told him it wasn't going out before, I got here!! He asked me if I had a insurance warranty? That was ill revenant to you damaging my truck!!! I ended up taking it to my Machanic and he said that it's been hit and knocked off track. The motor is good and strong. He also showed me the small dent in the running board where it was hit. Somewhere between them taking my truck for an oil change and them taking it to get detailed, someone damaged my truck. This revelation is not only deeply concerning, but also raises serious questions about the integrity and reliability of your company practices. This overnight reflects a significant lack of attention to detail and failure to ensure the accuracy and competence of your service department, which is entirely unacceptable. Moreover the fact that this error was not reported exacerbates my concerns. This situation not only inconvenience me as a customer, but also cast doubts on your ability to effectively manage your service department it is essential for a company to make sure the customer is satisfied and not brush them off, instead of checking into the problem, particularly, when it comes to these high priced vehicles. This oversight raises serious doubts about the legitimacy of your business operations. Supporting documentation is available upon request. I look forward to hearing from someone regarding this experience. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter

This morning I went to Central Houston Cadillac for regular service like oil change, tire rotation, alignment check and fuel filter for my 2024 Escalade ESV D600. After few hours they called me, the service has been done. Drove the car to a friend around 4 miles away. Stayed 2 hours with him and left to my car. I checked the gauge on the dashboard, everything reset and looks good. Opened the hood to check oil level with the dip stick (I usually do fluid levels to my cars) Guess what? NO MOTOR OIL I had to drop someone to IAH and later Drive to Austin. They forgot to put oil and messed up my day and may be my car. I called them talked to someone who was trying to connect me to my service advisor ... found out he was at lunch. I was told that he will gonna give me a call but didn't. I towed the car to the dealer any ways Bad bad bad service

Do not go to this Dealership.
Do not go to this Dealership. They lie to get you to be there, and they will tell you that the vehicle you were looking for is sold. Very very bad Business. My first time is also my last time. The owner or the manager of this dealership needs to reconsider what you are doing, Because people will stop coming to your business.

I called and emailed in regards to 2024 Cadillac
I called and emailed in regards to 2024 Cadillac Escalade, these guys had five in total that they advertised, all with different stock numbers and VIN numbers , for $71890. I read all the reviews prior to getting in touch with this dealer but still decided to give them a call, thinking that, okay how bad can it really be? OH MY , IT WAS BADDD. Spoke to a sales person W. Downman, he stated that yes the car is available. I replied that's great, my bank or a Credit Union can cut them a check immediately. He said oh Nooo, I have to get it financed with them, through their bank. Mind you, this is not some small used mom and pop dealership to say stuff like this. Oh well, even that's okay, I'm ready, With a 815 Fico, and over 25 years of solid credit history and over 250K in annual earnings I will qualify anywhere. Thats when he said his manager will get in touch with me at the end of the day. After a week, nothing. Then Jocelynn Conteras another sales person sent me an email stating that I'm in luck, there is one actually available. So I called again, had a chat with the manager BDC Betsy Basillio. She stated that she wasn't sure, she needs to check, but she is going to text me Tuesday 12/3 to let me know for sure. No texts, No calls, No emails. It has been four weeks already dealing with this dealer. FAKE ADS, STAY AWAY. DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR, BE WISE, READ THE REVIEWS, THESE REVIEW ARE HERE FOR A REASON. Ignore their responses after every bad review, about how sorry and apologetic they are, THEY ARE NOT. THEY ARE KEEP ON DOING THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER TO ALL. Just pay attention, at this dealership, every employee is a MANAGER, LOL, after each negative review they are responding by asking us to contact such and such Manager, BULLLLL. They also say that they thrive on giving their customers the best service and experience , all cliche, it is all bull, in reality, this is a common practice at this dealership. These are the SOP's. This is their model, THIS IS IS THEIR FACE. Bogus Ads just to create a buyers network and bring buyers in, but there is no car, it does not exist. You would be going there for absolutely no reason. RED FLAGS ALL OVER, BE AWARE, THAT'S ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
