1 Aweful.
1 Aweful. I've been going there for years and have never been more insulted. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation,waited 1.5 hours only to be told that they couldnt get my front passenger tire off, 1 lug nut is stripped so didn't do the rotation, never told me while they still had my car in process of the tire rotation. Put my car around the side of the dealership, then came to tell me there was a problem and I should get all my lug nuts replaced which would cost $280 and when I asked why all of them I was insulted and was told 'well, your car is old' and that's why they get stripped over time, when I replied your mechanics are the ones who use power tools everytime they take them off and on and how are they torquing them each time. Are they ensuring they put them on with care and perfectly straight all the time? I was really upset. There is no consideration for not all services rendered. Should I charge the dealership for my time at the hour rate you change for hours worked on my car? I'm sure the average rate is probably around $178 an hour? Time is money for me as well. I left there feeling insulted, and the only thing I heard was a sad pathedic meaningless, sorry. I take care of my care regularly, and if your services desk coworkers who deal with the lower end maintenance appointments dont have any people/customer service skills, they will continue to help you lose business. But if that is the representation you want for your dealership, have at it, and good luck.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience buying my new truck. Dustin was fantastic from start to finish and both he and Eric were professional, transparent, and great to work with. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

When I walked in, I was pointed to an advisor.
When I walked in, I was pointed to an advisor. Neither the pointer or the advisor spoke to me. I stood in front of the advisor for over 1 minute and was completely acknowledged. When finally addressed, was not greeted with a name or a hello, simply “you had an appointment?” Took 90 minutes for an oil change with appointment. My tires were also supposed to be rotated but I was told that no lift could accommodate the running boards (factory) on my truck. I guess floor jacks and stands don’t exist anymore? Oil life meter was not reset. Tires were not checked or filled.

People seem nice enough, but I was still eligible for
People seem nice enough, but I was still eligible for free service as part of GM certified used car program and no one ever brought it up. They also didnt record mileage correctly, in/out mileage matched the service report from a year ago so the next service due stickers on window is 300 miles away...
