My boyfriend and I initially went to the Ford dealership to look at a 2006 Impala. We ended walking out a few days later with a 2015 Ford Focus. Rob was the guy that helped us through the whole process. He had beyond amazing customer service, you could tell he really cared. Not that he sold a car to us but that we were happy with what we were getting. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone, especially people with no credit like my boyfriend and I.

The service here was phenomenal. Really excellent work for the right price, I will be having all of my service done here from now on.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the way I was treated and how pleasant the entire staff was. VERY FRIENDLY! Jon DeMaster went out of his way to make me so comfortable, like a friend or family member. It was the easiest car purchase process I ever went through. I will definitely return when it's time for another car.

Most of the deal was done over the phone as part of the Costco buying plan. Alex was very helpful and professional during the whole transaction. He located the vehicle with the features I wanted over the phone and set up the appointment to pick up the vehicle. He responded promptly to phone and email questions and requests. Everything was set to go when I arrived to pick up the car.

The staff at EVS Ford went out of their way to make our experience a positive one. Alex Hernandez helped me by phone locate the exact vehicle I was interested in, made sure we were informed about the vehicle features before we left the lot. Overall an awesome experience.

Dealt on a vehicle over the phone. Was never pressured to "stop in and discuss". Never felt pressured at all during the whole process. Got a price that no one in my area would even match. Drove an hour to get to EVS Random Lake. Showed up, signed papers, and we were on the road. Alex showed us all of the features on our new vehicle in great detail. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and knew the product they were selling. Looking forward to doing business with Alex in the future.

We did this deal over the phone. Very impressed with Rob's dedication to getting us the vehicle we wanted after the vehicle we originally wanted was sold before we got there. Not so impressed with finance not being up front with the numbers on the lease. Feel like there were discounts that we were not given since the advertised price was not met until after our trade was added in.

This will not be my last when I am in need of another vehicle. I have to say I am the very nervous type. The atmosphere is one of no pressure, very kind and caring individuals. I had a monetary limit I had to stick to and they worked with it. My salesman was Steve "Chops" Larkin, I have to say I put this poor man through the wringer, and yet he stayed kind and caring. I found that the main goal of everyone at the dealership was to give what the customer is looking for. Thank you.
