The dealership was very friendly, very forthcoming with information and help to find the best vehicle in my price range. They didn't push anything that would have been over my budget. Happy new car owner!
Shopping for a new vehicle has never been on of our favorite tasks. Trying to find a vehicle, then getting a good price, plus making sure that the service you will receive after purchasing is satisfying are what everyone wants. Jim Lackey and the team at Sheboygan Chevrolet made this task painless. We stopped in and checked on vehicle availability with Shakira and came back to meet with Jim and test drive a vehicle. He listened to our wish list and picked out a car to try. He is so knowledgeable on all the different vehicles on the lot, that he could pick one out for us to try with no problem. He answered so many questions during our test drive and also told us everything that we would need to know that has changed on the new cars since out last purchase. We may have been a bit unsure about purchasing the vehicle (since we had planned on trying other brands out) but in working with Jim and Dennis on pricing found we couldn't get better than what we had right in front of us. This is our 3rd purchase from this dealership and have always been happy with the service but this was by far the best salesman experience we have had in all our years of buying vehicles. We highly recommend a visit to Jim Lackey if you are considering buying or leasing a vehicle. Thanks to Jim, Shakira, Dennis, Steve and Emily for making this a pleasurable experience!

Happy Car Buyer
We have worked with John Berger several times in the past and expected good service and were not disappointed. Our salesman was Robb Graham. Rob was very knowledgeable about his products. He explained everything about the car very clearly. I am technology-challenged(I still use a flip phone) and he spent a lot of time going over that with my techie wife. Steve O'Brien was helpful with the paper work. We asked him to do it quickly and he set the timer on his phone for 5 minutes. We were done in 3 1/2 We would definitely recommend Sheboygan Chevrolet. Great service and pricing.

My new car salesman for life!!
This is the second vehicle purchased in three months from Steve Dewey. I helped my aunt purchase from him in July and now I came back for my new SUV. I said it then and I will say it again that it is a refreshing change to purchase a vehicle from Steve. He isn't the pushy salesman and he listens exactly to what the customers budgets, wants and needs are. I was stuck on two different vehicles at first and I drove each vehicle with him. He jokingly said the 2018 Equinox was for me over the 2017 Jeep because of what I told him I wanted in a vehicle. With me still being undecided they offered to me to take the vehicle over night. I returned the next morning when Steve had off but Steve arranged for Tina to help me. After the swap of vehicles I tried the last vehicle over night and retuned in the morning. Thankfully after driving both vehicles a little more Steve was exactly right in which vehicle best suited my needs and wants. Then he was great in searching for the exact trim, color and options I was looking for. I will definitely be back for myself In years to come and I have referred many of my family, friends and customers to Steve.
