Overall excellent experience
I just purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience at Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook. I found the vehicle on cars.com, called to make sure the vehicle was still available, and when I arrived, Brian had the vehicle ready in front of the building for me. Everything went smoothly, both Brian and Humberto were polite, professional and knowledgeable. Humberto followed up with my experience and ensured everything went according to plan. I honestly can't picture any other dealership coming close to the customer service provided here. I will be making all of my future car purchases from this dealership.

Great sales and finance team.
Khalis and Joe did a excellent job helping me get into my new truck. I couldn't have asked for a better team. Joe was also awesome with my 3 year old son, not many people have patience with a kid but he did great. Really happy overall and plan on coming in soon for a second vehicle.

People make the difference!
You can buy a new Chevy at various locations around this area... I know of 4 others all within driving distance of Advantage Chevrolet... Why have I purchase 2 new vehicles (and soon to be 3) at Advantage and not gone elsewhere? Only 2 reasons, the first was Andre Thomas and the second person who continues to make sure I come back and not go elsewhere is Humberto Montemayor. Every dealership provides similar services, in fact at times they are identical - The difference must be the people, the staff you deal with after the sale is made will either make sure you come back or confirm that you will not, the difference in that decision are the people your deal with at this level. Humberto is one individual who has assured this dealership that I will return... Going out of his way is both normal and consistent - Please acknowledge Humberto for the what he does, those efforts truly make a difference!

Easy, Friendly and Quick
Went into dealership with a Recall Notice. My Advisor was Very Helpful and Polite. Everyone at the Dealer greeted me with a Smile and a Hello which is always nice. Ordered some parts and even the Parts Department was Great to deal with. It was a Great Experience all the way around and I would Definately recommend people to Advantage Chevrolet in Bolingbrook.

Great customer service!
Didn't have an appointment until 10-14, but dropped the car off early for our convenience. They started the work on 10/13. Early - WOW! Samantha kept me well-informed, and explained the mechanical things that needed to be done so I could understand. I really appreciate dealing with Samantha, especially when there is so much bad customer service these days everywhere you turn. Not so for my dealings with Advantage.

Most pleasurable car buying experience
I stopped at Advantage Chevrolet to check out their inventory and left with just what I was looking for. Doc made the car buying experience pleasurable and I will definitely return to Advantage for my next car purchase. I recommend Advantage Chevrolet a hundred times over. Their prices can't be beat!!!
