Positive Customer Experience
I have never ever written a review for anything, however after the tremendous customer care I received this past Saturday I’m compelled to express in detail my positive customer experience and appreciation to “Doc and the rest of the Advantage Chevy sales professionals. The entire process was effortless. I had done my due diligence prior to contacting Advantage so I knew how much to expect to pay but I did not expect to encounter such a kind, patient knowledgeable and highly professional sales expert. Doc Dockery was all of that and more. He listened and understood my situation and reassured me every step of the way, that everything was going to be alright. He did the little things; like take the parking sticker out or my old car and put it in the new one. He help me transfer my stuff from the old car to the new one. He stayed with me long after the sale and after everyone else has gone to make sure I was comfortable in the car and helped to program OnStar to navigate me home. He went above and beyond to explain all the special features in the car making sure I understood how to properly use them. As a female shopping by myself I didn’t’ feel pressured, intimidated or talked down to. Every person I tt was genuine, warm and friendly. I found the showroom to be nice and clean. A very large selections of cars and truck in all kinds of color on site. What I saw online was actually available. The sales professionals were well groomed and few were are down right handsome!! I didn’t use the bathroom so I don’t know how the facilities were kept. I wasn’t offered any refreshments nor did I see any coffee or vending machines. Finally, the very most disenchanting part of my entire experience was the “simple” fact that Advantage Chevy sold me a car with a empty tank of gas. That was extremely disappointing to say the least. Over all I would say that is was definitely worth the 20 plus miles drive. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is seriously considering purchasing a new vehicle . Auto Sale with Byron Mendoza
On September 29, 2014 when I arrived at Advantage Chevrolet Bolingbrook I was greeted by Byron Mendoza, after a brief introduction Byron quickly understood what vehicle I was interested. within a couple of minutes he had the keys and we were viewing the vehicle. Prior to the test drive he explained the special features and controls, and advised on additional features available on alternate trim packages. After the test drive my trade in was quickly evaluated and we were discussing cost, with my desired focus being the bottom line. In the end though Byron was diligent with the/his manager in getting the bottom line cost to a number that we could all feel good about. During this time he was very friendly generating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Thank you for your assistance with a great buy. Martin W

Silverado
My father and I came in looking to trade our 2011 silverado and buy a new 2014. We had a price in mind and Byron made it happen. Excellent service and great work.

Great help with new car
Went in to get work done on my truck found out it was going to be to expensive. Was able to trade in on a new 2014 Chevy Cruze.John Montgomery was the salesman that helped us. He did a fantastic job showing me all the features of the car. Will definitely see him when we are ready for next car

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I RECENTLY PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM ADVANTAGE CHEVROLET. BARRY KHATIB ASSISTED ME WITH FINDING THE RIGHT TRUCK I WAS LOOKING FOR. BARRY WAS VERY RESPECTFUL AND NOT PUSHY AND I WOULD RECCOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. I ALSO WOULD LIKE TO THANK HUMBERTO MONTEMAYOR WITH ASSISTING ME WITH FINDING THE RIGHT AFTERMARKET PARTS FOR MY VEHICLE. HUMBERTO WAS SO KIND AND GENEROUS TO PICK MY GIRLFRIEND AND I UP AFTER OUR RENTAL CAR BROKE DOWN AT LATE HOURS OF THE NIGHT ON HIS OWN TIME. Great Car Buying Experience
The care, concern, and professionalism I experienced at Advantage Chevrolet is second to none. After experiencing a mechanical problem with my vehicle, the service technician was very thorough, honest and helpful in explaining my options. The eventual solution was to purchase a new vehicle. The sales and finance staff were thorough, knowledgeable, and professional in providing the best possible product and finance solutions. It is very evident that Advantage Chevrolet goes far beyond saying the customer is number one. They have successfully created and live a culture of caring for their customers.

First Car!
As of today I was lucky enough to have leased my first brand new car from advantage Chevy in Bolingbrook. John Montgomery was amazing and worked with my parents while I was at school to help pick a car and plan that would best fit my needs while being a full time student in college. The process was easy and went as smoothly as I could possibly want. I settled on an amazing 2014 Chevy Cruze and could not be happier with my decision! Thank you so much!

Excellent Dealership !!
Andre & the finance team did everything possible to meet our desired payments & conditions. In the end we drove away with a new Chevy Equinox. We were several other dealers (Not Chevy) and after 3 or more hours in each dealership we walked away dissapointed. I would highly recommend Advantage Chevy to anyone that wants a "Great" deal.
