Unprofessional. I would not recommend this place. Hours of sitting and they didn’t even get all the paperwork they needed which turned into frantic calls from them. Very unprofessional.

I purchased a vehicle including signing up for the tire...

I purchased a vehicle including signing up for the tire warranty. When I needed to use the warranty a year later, it turns out my car was not covered under the tire warranty. No one from finance never informed me of any changes. I have a signed contract stating I have a wheel and tire warranty. Very disappointing and not fair to the consumer.

I was pleased with Bobby, the service rep who handled my case - he answered my texts promptly. I was disappointed in the service that the dealership offered as my new car was towed in with a screw in the tire. While the car has running flats, I live too far away to feel safe. I have driven an Infinity for years with service that provided not only picking up my vehicle but delivering it back to me. I had trouble finding a ride to the dealership to retrieve my car. I understand the COVID economy and can only hope this amenity is added in the near future at this dealership.

Thought it was an excellent experience. I was a little apprehensive, as it was my first visit at BMW of The Woodlands. All staff were polite. Mike Vasquez, our sales person, asked good questions about what we were looking far in a vehicle and was courteous and knowledgeable. After making the deal, he has even followed up with me to see if I had any questions. I plan to take him up on that offer at a later date for I am not familiar with some of the vehicles features. Also Joshua Armenta (finance) acted professionally as well. My experience was beyond expectations.
