Excellent Service & Great Deals

This dealership by far is the best BMW dealership in Houston. I reside in Sugar Land and drive 45 miles to do business with them. I have already bought 3 cars with them in the past 6 years. The staff there is so courteous and professional. The facility is very clean. My sales guy, Steve Cook, is the person you need to see. He goes above and beyond for each customer and provides excellent customer service. He is my go to guy when wanting to buy a BMW!

Best Car Buying Experience

I bought this car online like I have done with the past several cars. Steve Cook was great to work with. Once we decided on a price I drove from Dallas to Houston to pick up the car. Steve had everything ready and organized. I was back on the road in my new car in 45 minutes. This process has taken most of the day in the past. It was truly an example of car buying should be!

lee avera/aka.."Hop-a-long

went to dealership at 6:59 and everyone was gone except "hop-a-long". He was acutually helping someone else at the time. He came to help us & by this time it was after 7pm. we apologized for coming so late, but we had already been visiting some other dealerships that day. we were looking for 2 cars you had listed on your website. One was there & one was not. He was so kind to help us even on his own time. he encouraged us to come back at 9am. when we returned the next day, Lee was with someone. He offered someone else to help but we wanted to wait for him. Long story short we wanted to BUY specifically from Hop-a-long. We had already decided if i didn't find what we wanted, we would just keep comming back until we did. Fortunately, i did find a car. It just got traded in and i snatched it up! Thank you Lee.

Best experience ever

I have bought cars in the past that have taken from morning to night. My Sales man is fantastic. He just didn't sale me a car, he sent me and my family home with the knowledge of my whole vehicle inside and out. We will have a long business relationship with this company. Love my new X-5. Everyone at this dealership is very kind and knowledgeable of the vehicles they are selling.
