Not what I expected
I have been a customer for a long time, servicing my 4 BMW's here, this time I was not happy about the service I got, they didn't fix the vibration I'm getting from my front brakes, they say is not to the minimum and the warranty won't cover it and the car is safe to drive, but the car shakes a lot and does not feel safe, I drive in the snow and it is kind of scary. I bought this car from an Auto nation at Cerritos only 3 or 4 months ago...

Purchase of a 2019 BMW 530E
The buying process took way way way longer than expected. To make matters worse, the vehicle was failed to be inspected and had defective brakes. Had to bring in for service less than 1 day of drive time. Unbelievable. The only positive experience is that Lori my sales rep was very pleasant to deal with and Israel my service rep is awesome at what he does. Without them 2 I'd give this place "0" stars.

BMW X1
Buying my car was a great experience however when I went to get it serviced the customer service was below satisfactory. The service manager was rude, did not communicate when my car was ready and ask me no questions about my car.

The customer service was top notch and really appreciate their assistance in my needs, Unfortunately, the reality of the end services (outside of the rep helping me) were a bit disappointing. My car needed a new battery, so they gave me a quote for amount for a certain battery that came with a lifetime warranty. This should have taken 2-3 hrs tops but they had to keep my car over night because they didn't have the battery in stock. No worries, it happens. But then they realized the battery they were trying to put in my car was the wrong battery for my car, I am not sure how an autoshop that specialized exclusively in BMWs makes that mistake, but okay fine, maybe it was overlooked. The problem came when the battery my car is supposed to have costed me MORE than my quote by a significant amount and included a 2 year dealership warranty. Additionally they "washed" my car. It was fine in some spots but it seemed like a kid could have done a better job, and they left trash in my car. Maybe I am being a bit hard on them, but when BMW touts world class service and tells me what to expect, I expect that bar to be met It was not.

I'm a little puzzled why I should need to sit around for 20 minutes to pick up my car when my service rep is sitting at his desk with noone there and the keys sitting thete.

Pre Owned 2007 Ford F-150
I purchased a (DIRTY) used 2007 Ford pickup truck. I've called your dealership for help and/or concerns many times after purchase. Your phone system is one of the worst I've dealt with. I've also sent email to Baltazar in financing without a response. This is after he specifically told me his preference for communication in email. It' appears that once the sale was made, little or no attention is paid to the customer. I purchased the truck on November 30th. Today, December 19th I received a phone call from "Billy" in finance telling me that the deal fell through unless I come up with an additional downpayment in the amount of $1,000. This is ridiculous! Every one was polite during my 2 days of negotiation. It appears that the courtesy disappears once the sale is made. In other words, "after sale attention" to customers does not exist. Perhaps if I had spent $35,000 on a new BMW things would have been different. I received an email asking me to participate in a survey or call the Dealership if I am not completely satisfied. I called the number and the RECORDED answering system just continued to cycle through options and never connected me to the proper person to express my dis-satisfaction. The recording suggested that I remain on the line to connect with an operator. No one ever picked up the phone. The recording just kept cycling.
