Used car purchase

The whole experience went very smoothly. I don't enjoy buying a new car, so the "no-haggle" pricing is very appealing to me.

Service Center

Mike K. from the Service department did a great job with helping me through my Ford Focus repairs. He walked me through the process and kept me updated every couple hours. He and the Service Center did a great job and I will make sure to bring any other repairs back to them. Thanks.

Quick Lube

Our company has been doing business with Hiller Ford for 25 plus years. Between purchasing vehicles and general maintanance and repair they have always done the right thing. Ted Kodaski in the quick lube has very extensive knowledge of every vehicle i have ever had a question about and his "right product for the right vehicle" attitude is exactly what a small buisiness needs to servive in this economy. I have been happy in all relationships at Hiller and look forward to another 25 years of buisiness.

Just bought a Ford Edge from Dean at Hiller!

My husband and I just came in to Hiller to purchase our new Edge, right away we were kindly greeted by a friendly salesman named Dean. Right off the start we were comfortable with the way he treated us and knew this was the place that we were going to buy our car. We had plenty of other options to purchase and Ford was not our first choice but the edge quickly became our favorite after we met Dean.

We purchased and took delivery from dean at hiller ford the way he took care of us made us feel that we really made the best choice to purchase from hiller. We took delivery from dean the same day and the work that dean put in to make sure that we understood all the cool options was awsome. Dean is a great asset to hiller ford do not ever lose him or you lose us!

Ted Kodaski has always been an impeccable customer service representative at the Quick Lube area. Friendly, competent, and efficient at helping me understand what I need to do to keep my 1999 Ford Escort running properly. Always a pleasure to go there. After the 3rd trip and calls to the dealer, the car I found doing Internet searches finally made it to the lot. I should have known after the bogus excuses for the not being on the lot, the experience inside the dealership would also be well below expectations. After showing the dealer their car was overpriced, they completely low-balled my trade. Will never return to Hiller Ford Again!

Great dealership

I purchased my 2008 Ford Escape from Hiller Ford and I continue to be pleased with this dealership. I take my SUV there for all maintenance checks and I am particularly happy with Ted, the oil and lube service center manager. He is a keeper!
