My experience at Sons Honda was definitely different....
My experience at Sons Honda was definitely different. When I got a chance to meet with Mohamed Kande to see the 2007 Volkswagen Passat I had no intentions on buying the car. One main reason was due to this was my first time buying a car, and secondly Mohamed told me that "This would be the easiest and most convenient experience to buying a car." I didn't believe it but he made it happened. Not only did he lower the payment expectation I requested, but also helped as far as service when the car seemed uneasy. I am truly grateful for the team at Sons Honda and look forward to purchasing with them in the future. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU ALL HAVE DONE!!

Excellent Experience
I have to tell you that this has been probably the best car purchasing experience I ever ever had. I have always hated dealing with purchasing a vehicle buut Sons Honda has it down to a perfect science. I came in and told them what I wanted to walk away with and they agreed on everything with no issues. I would definitely reccomend Sons Honda for your next purchase. After visisting nearby Honda dealerships, I would only reccomend Sons over the other dealerships. Thanks to BJ!

I went to Sons Honda just looking at the vehicles. The salesman (Dayo Bello) approached me with such a pleasant greeting. I explained to the salesman the situation I was in and the price range I was trying to stay in. He took me on a test drive and I loved the car so much, I didn't take lomg to make up my mind. My salesman was pleasant through the whole sale, the finance manager was pleasant as well. When you walk in the dealership you are greeted by people who enjoy doing what they do. We stopped by Sons Honda earlier this week to test drive...
We stopped by Sons Honda earlier this week to test drive a CRV. We had not intended to purchase a car that day; however, Dayo Bello and Cathy Miller went above and beyond to meet all of my husband's demands for a 'great deal". Prior to arriving at the dealership, he had done research and had a price in mind for the car. Although our figures did not jibe initially with the Dayo's and Cathy's, they met us half way and we traded my old car and purchased the CRV. I would highly recommend the dealership and our salespeople to any of our friends who are in the market for a new or used car. Susan and George

We traded with Sons of Honda for what we thought would be...
We traded with Sons of Honda for what we thought would be a smooth transition. Where instead it has been one problem after another. They lost our house keys and other car key when we gave them our key chain to put the keys on from their vehicle. I live over 100 miles from the dealership so we called them and they couldn't find my keys. We had to also stay on them about our Tag, Title and the Money that they owed us that was promised on a "WE OWE" Paper. I wouldn't recommend them nor would I deal with them again.

Purchase of 2007 Nissan Titan
We purchased our truck after dealing with Sons of Honda over the phone due to we lived a 100 miles from the dealership. I would not recommend them and would not use them again. I had to stay on them constantly about our Tag, Title and the Money that they owed us on what was agreed upon. Also if you trade make sure you get your keys. They lost our House keys and other car keys.

I recently purchased a CRV from Tim Baxter, who was EXTREMELY patient with me! I shopped around a good bit and I consider myself a picky customer.... (I know that when Tim reads this, he will say "Amen!") Tim returned my every call in a timely manner, worked with me on the price I wanted, and overall provided the customer service that I expect, in a friendly yet professional manner! The experience from beginning to end was great! He spent time showing me the wonderful features of the car before I drove off happily! I LOVE my new car!! I would not hesitate to send customers to him!

This dealership really went above and beyond for me. Gregory, Mohamed, Andre, and Otto were the perfect team. I have really bad credit issues but they got me into the car I wanted. The whole dealership was awesome and I would send all my friends there. They were all neatly dressed and nice looking so it made my time there a lot more pleasant. The whole process was easier than I had great credit and buying a car. I appreciate everything they did for me. The dealership is an hour from my house but I would drive it anytime to have that type of car buying experience again. Go to Sons Honda for your next car, I promise you won't have any problems. I'm hard on salesman but they made everything happen. I love my new car!!! Thanks Sons Honda you have a great team of people working there. I'm very happy with my experience.

Excellent customer service. Salesperson, Marcel Sinclair and Manager, Andre really went above and beyond my customer service expectations. This was my third Honda purchase and my second new car purchase with this dealership and once again I had a great experience and would highly recommend.
