Lengthy seven week repair to my vehicle!

Staff was nice to work with, but lacked follow up of what was being done to fix my rogue in a timely manner. I am still not 100% satisfied with the repairs done on my vehicle. I have had numerous repairs to my rogue, which I feel is way too many for a 2 year old vehicle with 21,900 miles on it. I wish I could have been given an extended warranty for the vehicle or offered a good deal to trade mine in. Bottom line is, I feel my vehicle is a lemon!

All was good..they picked up and delivered my vehicle. They had difficulty locating the notation of 3 free oil changes, but they were able to rectify. Just hope there won't be any issues with this my next oil change.

Service

Needed an oil change during Covid19 epidemic. When I called to make appointment was advised that the waiting room had not been crowded. This is the first time I have gone to this dealer as I usually take to an infinity dealer. They moved to West Allis which is not user friendly to me. I will return for service. Friendly, thorough and efficient.

Unexpected News Solved with Solution!

When I brought my car in for regular maintenance and to address a warranty issue I did not realize the amount of time the repair would take. I had multiple appts that day, so the team at Nissan Boucher did what they could to solve my problem but providing a loan car at the last minute!

Excellent customer service during these trying times. Dropped my Nissan Titan off after work and Boucher had a loaner waiting for me. Truck was ready the next day. Thank you

Expensive, but worth it.

Unfortunately, to get great service you have to pay for it. Mind you the prices I paid were fair and not out of line with any other place. Could I have saved money and got the parts elsewhere? Sure, but I was paying for convenience. The service staff was great and took care of all my needs. Truck runs great now. And bonus, the service center found a recall on my vehicle and took care of the issue at the same time.

Great Customer Service

Able to get me in quick. Nice accommodations while I wait. Everyone is friendly and they take good care of my vehicle. My car was wrapped up in plastic when I got it back, but I suppose you can't be too careful these days! :)
