Great sales department, but the service department, not
Great sales department, but the service department, not so much. Had an 8:30 appointment for the first service on my 2025 Silverado, was told it'd be a while because there were some ahead of me. At 8:30 and there's already people in front of my SCHEDULED appointment? Anyway, I waited well over 2 hours with an early SCHEDULED appointment. I plan to go elsewhere for my next service.
