I bought this Tahoe sight unseen! I did my research online about what vehicle was right for us. When I had settled on a vehicle I did research for available vehicles in my area. Andy Moore dealership came up with several Tahoes to choose from. Their web sight let me compare models and prices. I found the one I wanted and worked with Doug online and the Tahoe was delivered to my house. How easy is that. I love the truck!!

After locating a vehicle I was interested in on-line, I made an appointment with Danni at the dealership to look at it the next day. When I arrived she introduced me to our sales consultant, Jed Adams. Jed was polite, personable and helped us through the process. The buying process was quick, but we waited a long time to sign papers in finance considering this was a cash transaction. Overall feedback would be it was a positive experience and we would buy another vehicle from Jed. From a service perspective, since I had an appointment to see a particular vehicle, it would have been nice if they had the vehicle available and waiting for my appointment rather than going to find it and bring it up after I got there. Also, waiting more than an hour for the financing person to sign documents seemed like a long time since we were paying cash for the vehicle.

The service person was very attentive and got everything done on my checklist. Very happy with service! As far as the work goes not there to see if all pints were covered. The paper wrk did but skeptical after my car window washer fluid was never filled for several oil changes.

Salesman wasted my time going back and forth to his manager. If he did not have the authority to make the deal why was I talking to him. Sales person very polite but handling multiple deals at once. Total buying time almost 3 hours on a very cold day. My wife frustrated.

Excellent dealership to buy from. Probably the best sales experience I’ve had buying an auto. Knowledgeable Salesperson, competent staff, and a strong, proud team of maintenance staff made the buying experience pleasant and seamless.
