Great service

They fixed the problem with no out cost to me, was billed back to Chevrolet as an engine / charging issue that was outside the expired normal 36/3 warranty. Provided a courtesy vehicle for 2 extra days as I was out of town on a work project, wow, believable. Will always give this dealership my business on the 3 GM cars I run.

Equinox warranty work

Excellent service in a much shorter amount of time than I expected. I was given a loaner vehicle to drive which is very important to me.

Friendly competent salespeople

We have purchased several vehicles here and the salespeople are friendly and work to give us a good experience with the process of purchasing a vehicle. They work with us to make sure we get the particular vehicle we are looking for and do not try to sell us something we don't want. That's why we are repeat customers.

Great experience overall. Andre assisted me with setting up my OnStar Account. Well worth the investment. This was a Christmas gift from my husband. I was very pleased with the experience.

Don’t shop here

Kevin the salesman and Geno Kyle the sales manager at Andy Mohr Chevy in Plainfield Indiana were very misleading and manipulative in a sale I was lucky to get out of. Always ask questions and demand to see the breakdown on how you get to a price. Don’t trust any of them or what they say. Before signing anything double check what is on the paper and your final contract. I would never go to any Andy Mohr dealership again for any vehicle needs.
