The representative who helped me was friendly and explained to me everything that was going to be done or checked. They were very thorough and had my car finished in a very reasonable time and I checked out with no problems and everything was still under warranty.

We came in 2 hours prior to close time and instead of being annoyed that we would come in so late, Eric greeted us and was ready to help us find the car we wanted. Eric was noticeably conscious of our concerns and interests and helped us to get the paperwork finished on the purchase of a car in a quick manner.
